Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Gosalyn stood in the kitchen doorway, holds folded in front of her as her dad busied himself with fetching her food. "I... did miss you, Dad," she found herself saying before she could stop it. "Really." The pounding of her heart grew louder in her ears.

Her dad's dismissive tone stung her eyes. Gosalyn shook her head, determined not to cry in front of him for a second time today. There was so much she wanted to ask him, however. So many things to tell him.
Finding a pinch of bravery somewhere inside her, Gosalyn walked over to her dad and stood at his side, curling her fist around his jacket and burying her head in it.

A single tear dropped down Gosalyn's cheek as she stepped back.
"Erm, can I go out tomorrow?" It was definitely too early to be asking permission for anything, Gosalyn knew that, but if she didn't ask now, then she wouldn't ever ask. She didn't dare, however, add that she wanted to go out so she could retrieve her most important items from her home with Friendly Four. They wouldn't be there - Dad had seen to that. Gosalyn didn't know what their fate had been. She wasn't sure she wanted to know.

Gosalyn wasn't surprised to be denied permission. But she still had that small knot of bravery. "Please," she pressed. "I just..." She trailed off as she thought of a convincing lie. "I just- I need to go to the library."

"Okay," Gosalyn whispered, sniffling. Asking for the reason why was on the tip of her tongue, but Gosalyn clamped her beak shut to stop it. She was already in enough trouble. Questioning her father's rule wasn't going to end well for her. "Am I grounded?" she did ask, however.
