hmm...take it easy on uploading such crazy images that you think may be a rule problem until I finish the final version of the rules. Don't get us all arrested just yet.

I could probably clear up a few of the questions about oldAotK, I wouldn't presume to take guesses about the new one and the differences, obviously.

I assumed that AOTK 0.1 didn't have a 3d software render because no one wanted it or they were unavailable. I would assume that the leaders where anime only type people and didn't want to shade the forum with "enemy competitor" styles of art.
Its kinda been addressed best here;

In its raw, unedited form (unlike for example, EMNs cell-shaded work that had been redrawn/filtered afterwards) POSER works are classed as 'real' under UK law where both the server and the webmaster were. Although the server moved around over the years, he stayed put.
People can and have been jailed in the UK where cartoons characters are considered to be identical to real people.
So Poser was not allowed for those reasons - the whole "No Poser or 3D art or psuedophotos" was written on every single page of the website on the footer.

A few images might have slipped through, but no hardcore or sex-pics of children were allowed. Dr.Weird and myself spent hundreds of hours going through the site removing those sorts of pics. Doujin is tedious because we had some 4,000 pictures of it including duplicates and we had to go through via thumbnails to save our sanities.
Hardcore sex pics of lolis, shotas or kids were routinely screened out and the rules were pretty clear.

Again, this was for legal reasons, Lolishota doujin are again specifically illegal in the UK and people have been jailed just for owning it.

Thats right, the hiper real rendering is not my thing, and my poser art is highly edited but I wanted because the selfish act of have my complete works, but surfing along my files I find some draws that I consider unacceptable by my today standards and I will no upload them. here we will have some like the 95% of my works and I’m ok with it also I did not make or will make more of those poser based pictures.

Off topic question: Just out of curiosity, roughly how many images consist of that 95% works?

If the present server and webmaster are located in a country where such images are considered legal, then these issues are totally irrelevant. I'm not a big fan of Poser CGI, but I believe in free speech, and support the artist's right to draw anything they choose.

We're all adults here. This is a spanking site, spanking art often involves fictional minors in various states of undress. We all know that. Unless it is patently illegal, it should be allowed on the site. My advice to anyone who objects to such imagery is to simply use the door and go somewhere else.

Ciao, GM.

Lol, looks like we have some debaters here. Excellent. I would love to enroll in this conversation if it was in the right place.
If there is a debate about the concept of 3d art, freedom of speech, or the religion of worshiping paper cups, it must be in the The Sauna forum(which is unavailable) right now so hold onto that debate for over there. I have created the sauna forum because from my previous experience I found that if you do not have a spot where people can argue then people who like to debate filter through the whole forum, which degrades the forum.

Be rest assured that when the full rules are complete it will be the perfect ingredients for different tastes of art and acceptability for the legal limits. Beyond that I cannot help because I need to ensure that the forum is here for the future. So as I said before, don't submit questionable stuff and BE Careful until the rules are fully finished(a few days).

The point is that discretion is the better part of valor, I don't think anyone is trying to be judgmental here. And there are issues other than whether something is clear cut illegal or not. For instance: Some sites won't grant sponsorship to sites with certain kinds of content.
