The Schnees. A rich family with a Big Corporation. This family has been responsible for a lot of Dust businesses being shut down and major discrimination to faunus. People thought they only cared about their money and themselves. But for this Faunus, he found not all of them can be bad.

He met the future heiress of the Schnee Dust Company, Weiss Schnee. When they were younger around 6 or 7 years old, Midnight met the Schnee in the park , she being picked on by some kids who's families got their dust stores shut down. Midnight ended up protected the Schnee seeing as she was defenseless and hurting on the ground like that. He drove them away. Weiss didn't know why a Faunus helped her, but she appreciated nonetheless. Midnight asked did she want to be friends. She never had a friend before so she thought it would be nice to have one. She agreed and ever since then, they were friends and eventually became best friends.

When her father found out her best friend was a Faunus and a freak no less. He tried to ban her from seeing him ever again, which Midnight helped her defy greatly for he had a plan for them to hangout and play in secret. 10 Years past since their plan came into action. They played and learned and laughed together for a long time even trained together for a bit. Midnight was always stronger though. The two harbored feelings for one another, but neither spoke out about it, but it was pretty clear.

However throughout the years, she was punished for not listening to her father when he found out and spanks her and is a harsh with her sliver hairbrush and sometimes cane. Midnight sometimes does the same, but only when she begins to be hard headed. But Still didn't stop them from being with one another.

They both were accepted into Beacon, Weiss was overjoyed to hear her best friend/crush was joining her. Her father on the other hand, was not. He tried to get Weiss to stay even gone as far as to keep her locked in her bedroom like a princess in a tower. But like every princess story, a strong man always shows up somehow. In which, Midnight got her and himself out of Atlas and ever since, Jacque made time to try and get them back by force while continuing to run the business.

Timeskip to a day after the escape, Weiss and Midnight are now in Beacon after catching the Bullhead there. With Midnight's speed, he managed to get what Weiss wanted to bring with her in some suitcases. Now, it was all on being pushed along a trolley.

"...Hey Snowflake,"Midnight addressed her, with his nickname for her,"How are you doing?"the Kitsune faunus asked her as he pushed their luggage along.

While at first Weiss was ecstatic after being rescued by Midnight from the confinement of her room by her father. Thanks to them, they were able to leave Atlas and make their way towards Beacon. The Bullhead ride to Beacon was quite eventful as Weiss was struggling with getting the several luggage of dust she managed to sneak along with her to Beacon when she noticed Midnight appearing behind her and with a burst of speed, managed to her all her suitcases onto the trolley. "Doing just fine. Thanks." Weiss warmly said watching Midnight pushing the trolley as if it was nothing and while doing so the two of them got a good look around the academy with several dozen other students around them as well with the majority of the first years all coming off the bullhead as well.

"I can't believe we made it here...your dad must be livid by now to find out you're not home,"Midnight teased lightly, as he chuckled a bit, pushing along the trolley of luggage.

"Oh no, I'm pretty sure he was livid when Winter left to join the Atlas Army. He's probably more than that right now." Weiss said. Thankfully she had made sure to transfer most of the money she has been saving up into a new account so that her father wouldn't freeze her regular one. As they continue to walk around the campus they noticed all the students heading towards a single location. "I guess that's where the first years all have to go." Weiss deduced.

"Looks like it, I'll go find somewhere to put all this luggage,"Midnight said. As he was about to leave with it all, a young raven haired girl with red tips, fell on top of it all knocking it all to the ground.

Weiss was momentarily distracted when she heard the stumble as she snapped her head around to see a raven-haired girl on top of Midnight as several of her suitcases of dust were around them. "What are you doing?!" She shouts before shoving the raven-haired girl off and helping Midnight up to his feet.

The young girl groaned softly as she fell onto the faunus and luggage, when she saw him, she immediately got nervous and tried to apologize, but was pushed away by Weiss, and yelped as she hit the ground. She looked over at the Schnee and panicked,"U-Uh sorry! I didn't mean to fall on your luggage and friend!"she apologized as she began to help pick up the resources that fell from them,"H-Here, I'll clean this up for you."

"Be careful with those you dunce." Why sad before snatching the suitcase from the raven-haired girl's hands and opening it. "Do you even know what this is? This is pure dust from the Schnee Dust Company and I went to extreme lengths to get them over here." Weiss commented.

"U-uh umm..."Ruby was a little dumbfounded as Weiss continued to go off on her. Midnight was about to step in until Weiss began showing the various dust cartridges to Ruby, shaking a little out of each one as she did. Not a very good idea, as Ruby began to sniffle and was about to sneeze. Midnight immediately flashing in front of Weiss to protect her and when Ruby sneezed, it caused an explosion of dust.

The entire surrounding area was then surround engulfed in a combination of A plume of fire, some ice, and electricity. Thankfully due to Midnight, Weiss wasn't seriously hurt by it. Once it was over, she then glares at the raven-haired girl and was about to start chewing her out even more.
