Tony glared stubbornly at the men as the doctor checked him out,but once he saw a table with all the items he started to get up again. But that was caught off by Steve putting him over his knee so speedy he just saw the doctor then the floor,"Hey! Let me go!",he whined trying to kick his legs and failing badly.

Steve tried to soothe the man by rubbing his back, as Bucky and he listened carefully to the doctor. "Okay, I don't know if any of you men have kids, Its only slightly different but you need to make sure you have a good grip on him, like that" The doctor pushed the table closer to Steve, offering him hand sanitizer.

"Take the thermometer and dip it in the vaseline, make sure its nice and coated" the doctor moved the gloves closer to Steve,"you can wear these if you wish, he has been tested and his results came back clean." Steve shook his head no. "Grab one cheek and pull to expose his hole, using your finger rub vaseline on it" Steve did as instructed grabbing one perky milky white cheek exposing his pink hole, with his free hand he scooped a generous amount and rubbed it around the tight ring. "Now insert it 1 inch in, and you can let go, now we wait 3 minutes make sure to hold onto it". Steve slid it in gently ignoring the rigidness in Tonys back. He released his hold on his cheek seeing a pink hand mark form and disappear. Steve rested his hand across both cheeks thermometer held in place by slots between Steves fingers and Tonys round bum.

Bucky had to admit one thing, Tony's bum was cute, it matched his small package. He would never voice that out loud lest he faces the sassy brunets wrath. The doctor and Steve kept on in conversation, but his eyes were on Tony.

Tony looked upset as he rested his head on the soft white pillow resting on the bed,"Wait what?",he said turning his head once he heard the doctor wasn't doing it but the man he was over. "Noo! Don't you!",he paused once he felt the hand tug on one of his cheeks,"You can't just..do that..",he said his voice getting shaky as he felt the vaseline on the sensitive area, and the thermometer inserted.

"You can't just expose people!",Tony said squirming the best he could looking back with a annoyed upset expression,"You're never laying a hand on me ever again..".

Bucky felt like cooing; Tony looked like an upset kitten. For now, while he is adjusting to the program they will let Tony throw tantrums. Bucky smoothed back Tony's hair.

The thermometer beeped, Steve pulled tony cheek apart once again and removed the thermometer. The doctor looked at it, showed Steve where to write it down and told him to disinfect it. The doctor pushed a suppository towards Steve. "This one easy just squish his cheeks together to hold it in." He leaned over tony to press him down tempted to swat his tush and unwrapped the white suppository. He spread him open and pushed it in, the lube coating his hole making it easy to slide it in. The tip of his finger passed tight ring muscle and held it in place making sure it stayed in before quickly pressing both his cheeks together

Luckily this one dissolved quickly, "this one I need to do, but its the last round of these shots so, there is no need to worry about it." the doctor ripped open an alcohol wipe, cleaned a spot, quickly and efficiently he gave the shot to the abused plump cheek. He finished by applying a cute hello kitty band-aid. "Okay, he is in your hands now, we don't have many things in his size, so whatever you can find in the lost and found you can use." The doctor left.

Tony bit his lips pressing his hands against the bed as he felt the thermometer removed but his relief was short lived as he felt something else being pushed in. Hating all the attention on his backside pouting at them all before he saw the needle squirming slightly,"Wait! I hate those don't! Oww!",he said feeling the prick and huffed,"I'll dress myself and get outta here!".

He glared at the men once again,"If you're smart... You'll help me up and let me get out of here... And then I won't consider having you sued..",he stated crossing his arms.

Bucky rolled his eyes; he didn't know how he could have so much sass for somebody naked and vulnerable over a much more muscular man's lap. He looked at the time his therapy session won't be for a while. Tony hair was looking a tad bit dirty.

There was a door that led to another room, right now it was open, showing the bathroom. He would have to remember to lock it later. "Steve I will run a bath for Tony and find some clothing" Bucky walked over to the bathroom and turned on the tub and left some clothing".

Steve nodded his head in agreement. He righted tony on his lap and scooped him up wrapping his arms around his waist so he wouldn't put pressure on his tender behind, not trusting his sick patient's legs just yet. The tub was partially filled, he lowered tony down in it, and moved anything he could use as a weapon out of reach. Steve kneeled by the tub, he made eye contact with Tony, "please don't make this harder than it should be, we are just trying to help." he tried to reason with him.

The man didn't struggle til he heard the word bathroom slip out, once that happened he squirmed about,"I can bathe myself! I don't need help.".,he complained though it sounded more whiney than anything. Tony glared at Steve as he lowered into the tub, though the warm water felt amazing after the whole ordeal. "I don't want any of this. Can't you get me out of here?",he asked the man his face softening.

Steve saw that from the moment he put him in, Tony had relaxed. "I know you can but Its one of the rules that we are with you in a room at all times." The bathing part wasn't necessary, but Steve wouldn't take the risk that Tony will transform something into a weapon.

Steve didn't answer Tony's question at first needing time to think of a well-worded answer. Using the showerhead, he wet Tony's hair and poured shampoo on his hand; he Lathered his soaked locks. "I can't get you out of here, I wish I could, but there would be dire consequences". He rinsed his hair and conditioned it, massaging his scalp. "I don't want you to return to your old ways". He had seen the news report, billionaire spiraling out of control, Tony stark Hero or villain, and so on. He had only seen tony once before now, but that sweet man Steve knows he is, is being overshadowed by a life of partying.

Bucky came back into the room hiding the clothing he had found as Steve started to soap of a washcloth and rubbed Tony's chest. He whispered to Steve"The doctor just warned me that the medicine might case temporary incontinence". Steve made a face, not looking forward to revealing that to tony. He quickly washed his limbs and saved the hardest part till last"Buck can you lift him I need to wash his bottom". Bucky easily lifted Tony by his armpits. Steve gave a quick wipe over his groin before cleaning Tony's hole and cheeks of any leftover lube.

Tony's shoulders slumped as he heard he couldn't help him out,"My old ways? You mean the little cups of alcohol? That was nothing. It's who I am.",he said making a face as he shut one of his eyes so the soap wouldn't get in his eye. When he heard them talk about lifting him he blushed deeply,"I can do that myse—",he was caught off once he felt himself being lifted up and squirmed uncomfortably at the wipes,"I didn't need help with that!".

Bucky shook his head, he hadn't heard the first part of the conversation but he knew the gist of it. Tony needed this program so he could get his life back together. Bucky almost lost his grip when Tony started squirming "keep still" the urge to slap his bum grew greater and greater.

Steve was very efficient in making sure Tony's behind was very clean. With his weakened immune systems they couldn't risk any infection but also a small part of him was using this as punishment for what he said. He turned the shower head to clean him of any left over soap, "Tony they found you passed out in your lab, on the verge of death from alcohol poisoning, nevermind you were dealing with an expirement that could level half the city while under the influence".

Once done, Bucky lifted tony to stand on a bath mat, keeping a hand on him just in case he wasn't strong enough to support his weight. Steve threw a towel over Tonys head and got to work drying his body.
