Sonic's Little Bundle (for AnimeFan23)

As Tails began to explain the injuries Michelle could have recieved from not wearing the proper saftey gear the little girl started thinking out it making herself scared thankfully Sonic stopped him from continuing as she let out a sigh of relief. However she then became more nevous when Amy walked over to Shadow and started shouting at him she sounded mad, she looked to Sonic with sad eyes that said she didn't want any trouble.

[Crash-Bash]

Sonic sighed and pulled Amy away.

"Cool it, Amy," he sighed, "OK, Shadow, Michelle, what is going on?"

Shadow sighed.

"I don't really wish to talk about it again," he said, "But the point of the matter is, we've discovered we have something in common. Regret. Wishing things could be different. It's hard to explain, but that's why I've been stopping you spanking her."

Sonic just started in confusion.

"Well, if you say so," he said.

Michelle watched nervously as Amy made her way towards then but lightly sighed with relieve with Sonic pulled her back, as Sonic then asked what was going on Michelle tried to think of the words to explain herself without giving away Shadow's personal business. She was alittle surprised that Shadow start actually speaking usually by now he would have run off by now leaving her to deal with Sonic and Amy, as he explained Michelle just continued to nod agreeing with him.

[Crash-Bash]

Sonic pondered it over.

"OK then," he said, "I don't have a problem with that, as long as you don't interupt us too much, Shadow. We still need to make sure Michelle stays on her set path."

Shadow just snorted.

"Hey, guys," said Tails, "Why don't we all just have fun skating? I got enough for all."

Michelle was so relieved when finally Sonic said that it was alright that she was with Shadow she would have hated for him to be mad at her or worse disappointed, she wasn't quite sure what was going to happen next when Tails jumped and suggested everyone skate together, hearing that made the young girl's face lit up "Yeah that's a great idea we can all have fun together" she continued to cheer so much that she slid forward and fell down but started laughing she was really looking forward to have fun with her new family and her new friend as well.

The five had great fun together (although only four admitted it), but soon, Tails began to feel a bit hungry.

"I think we'd best get something to eat. Time to go home," said Amy, "I'll make something. You can come along if you want, Tails."

Tails happily agreed, but Shadow simply, but politely, refused. Before they left, though, he said a quick goodbye to Michelle, before skating off into the distance.

Back at Sonic's house....

"So, what would you like?" asked Sonic.

Michelle waved goodbye to Shadow as he ran off she was so glad he decided to stay and have fun with them she of course couldn't see it on his face but felt it in her heart, they all then started back to the house Michelle was still wearing her skates since they were faster but she still held onto Sonic's or Amy's hand when she was nervous abou falling it was nice. When they arrived Sonic asked Michelle what she would like for dinner, she looked up from the floor and she began taking off her skates "Whatelse I would like some chili dogs" she said smiling brightly she had become quite fond of them since she been here.

[Crash-Bash]

"Heh, well, OK then," said Sonic.

Soon, he and Amy had cooked up some food, chilli dogs included, and the rather strange family were enjoying their meals.

"So, any news?" Sonic asked Tails.

"Not really," remarked the fox, "But I do have reason to believe Eggman might be trying a new invasion of the city. My scanners detected his missile launchers being readied."

"Curse him," huffed Amy, "I guess we'd better have a look into that."

Michelle sat at the table with her family eating her yummy chili dogs just like Sonic did, she may have cried earlier today about her parents but she loved her new family very much her brother Tails, her mother Amy, and her father Sonic all whom in such a short time loved her like she was their own, not to mention all the new friends she made Cream, Shadow, Knuckles, and Rouge. She found herself a very lucky girl she met Sonic that day........

As Michelle ate she listened to Sonic and Tails talking about Dr Eggman and how he was planning an attack on the city followed by Amy saying they should go and investigate and that made the young girl shallowed hard "Your not going to let him hurt anyone are you?" she asked concerned.

[Crash-Bash]

"Not if we can help it," said Sonic, "Tomorrow, we'll go out and investigate. If the worst comes to the worst, we'll help everyone get to safety. With my speed, we'll have a head-start."

"What about Michelle?" asked Amy, a bit concerned.

"Oh, don't worry," said Sonic, "Tails, would you mind just keeping an eye on her? I don't want anything happening to her behind our backs."

"Don't worry," said Tails, "You have my word."
