I smiled at him, rubbing his back and continuing to cuddle him. "I know, Metta. That's my good boy."

Two weeks later I had taken Mettaton and Maddie to the art store since I needed a few jewels for another order, the two I had been working on almost finished. The pieces that were almost finished were due in two days, and I only had to do a few touch-ups to get them ready for shipping. I left Blooky and Volts at home, warning them before I left not to go in my workshop. Of course, it was a known rule not to go in my workshop without my permission, but this time especially I needed the children to stay out.

Blooky and Volts were watching TV before it became boring to the two as the episodes seemed to be repeating,"Blooky there's nothing to do!",the girl said sighing as she lay on the couch arm staring at the blue themed android. "Well we already did our homework.. And we can't rent any movie unless Mommy sees it first..", he said with a sigh. Volts huffed before staring towards the hallway leading to the workshop," Hey Blooky..you don't think Mama would mind if we just peeked at the new creations she has.",the pink girl asked smirking. "Volts! We're not allowed, you know that!", he said softly as if they weren't alone. " Mama won't know, we'll sneak in look and leave.",she said getting up and tugging Blooky along, "Okay..I guess it wouldn't hurt, she's not home.", he said smiling softly. The two soon found their way into the workshop, fascinated by the tools and supplies before they saw the orders she was working on," Oh Blooky look!",Volts said picking up a necklace she saw,"It's so...Ack!!,",she said as the other end wasn't secured properly the beads and jewels just fell to the ground!

Blooky ran over,"Volts! Oh no! Don't move these are fragile and we might—Ow!",he paused as he slipped during his running, knocking Volts over and making the other order crash to the ground as well. "Blooky! Ohhh! Look what you did..", she grumbled a few beads in her hair as the other helped her up again. "Get the vacuum... We can throw it out or put it in her supply thing. Then we gotta get out of here!", Blooky said as she grabbed the cleaning tool cleaning it all up before they went outside digging a hole in the garden and burying the beads," There! She won't notice!",Volts said as they went back to the living room.

They both sat there before Volts turned to Blooky,"Um...Blooky maybe we could go get an ice cream at the parlor and we can leave a note here. If she finds out she'll have time to calm down.". Blooky nodded slowly,"Okay I just won't say which parlor...we can take the bus and go to the downtown one..". Volts looked at him a bit unsure before sighing,"Okay..I feel like we're running away though..". He took a piece of paper writing down the note,'Hi Mommy, Volts and I went to the ice cream parlor for a quick snack..We will be back soon, Love Blooky.'. Once that was on the door, about an hour or so later, after the bus ride, they were eating sundaes and trying to forget the whole ordeal.

The drive home was short, but it seemed to stretch on forever as I had gotten a bad feeling during the ride. The two at home were very young and usually the most behaved, but being young also meant they could get curious, especially with something they're not supposed to do. Once we got home I saw the note on the door, as did Mettaton and Maddie. I knew something wasn't right, I just knew it. Those two would not leave the house without me if something wasn't wrong. I quickly checked my workshop and saw the cause. One of the necklaces was missing, and I had a good idea why.

"Mettaton, Maddie. Don't get too comfy, we need to find your siblings." I told them as I rushed all three of us back out the door. They were in SO much trouble. Not just for disobeying me and breaking the necklace, but they had the audacity to hide it somewhere and run away to an ICE CREAM PARLOR. Of all the places...!

I knew there weren't many ice cream parlors in town, so my first guess was the downtown one. It was also the nearest one to the house. Stopping in the parking lot I spotted the two of them in the window eating sundaes, and as I watched I saw they looked rather guilty. They were about to feel more than that, I was sure.

Calmly, I opened the shop door, the chime of the bell sounding. Not many people were in the shop, so it would save the young ones some embarrassment. I walked over to them, a disappointed glare etched on my face as I crossed my arms. "What were you two thinking?" I harshly whispered.

Volts was just getting into the chocolate fudge in the middle of her sundae when she thought she saw their mother,"B-Blooky..Maybe my screw is loose but I thought I saw Mama...",she said before looking around. Blooky looked up from his sundae having a milk moustache, as Volts saw it she started giggling,"Its probably your imagination... What's so funny? Volts are you okay?",he asked before seeing his reflection in the napkin holder,"Oh... I hate when that happens!",he grumbled rubbing it out. It only caused Volts to giggle louder much to Blooky's frustration, "It's not funny! It was just a little cream!", he said before the giggling stopped all of a sudden," What's wrong Volts?",he then heard the whisper and looked up.

Both androids faces meant pale before Volts tried to laugh it off,"Heh heh! Blooky I think my imagination is going a bit glitchy..I see Mama...",she said. "So is mine...I see Mommy too...Er...maybe we had too much ice cream?...", he said before they looked at each other. " We only had three!",she whispered to him before they stared at their sundae silently for a second. Then Blooky did something he never had before, he made a panic run for it, tossing his sundae up making it splat on their mother a bit before grabbing Volts hand and running to the door.

Unfortunately they crashed into something, or someone, as soon as their vision receptors cleared up, it was shown to be Maddie and Mettaton, "Where are you going darlings?", the second eldest asked leaning back slightly. " That was a dumb move you just did! You broke the glass and stained Ma's second favorite shirt..with strawberry and fudge..",he said looking through the glass. They helped the youngest up holding onto their shoulders securely.

I really couldn't believe this. Volts saw me first, and she...laughed? Did she think this was a joke?! I had to internaly calm myself before doing anything, watching to see what the young ones would do. So imagine my surprise when Blooky threw his sundae at me, splattering everything on my clothes and making me stumble a bit before I saw him grab Volts and run.

And I immediately thanked my lucky stars that brought the other two with me, as they stopped the two in their tracks. If I hadn't had them with me I was sure to have had to chase them around town, which was not safe in the slightest. I got as much ice cream as I could off of my shirt with the napkins, and made my way out of the shop ignoring the stares from a couple customers.

Once out of the store I saw Mettaton and Maddie holding the younger ones firmly, and taking this chance I decided to give them a taste of what was to come. Taking Blooky by an arm, I swatted his backside HARD with my hand five times, giving him back to Metta so I could do the same to Volts. Afterwards I marched all four of them to the car to go home, a plan being formed in my head.

(X3 I actually love long posts, it just takes longer to make them. So I normally do short ones so I don't keep my rp partner waiting~)

As soon as they saw their mother walking out of the parlor the two androids started squirming about trying to get out of their siblings firm grip, unfortunately for them once again, Mettaton and Maddie had a habit for training often especially since their mother wanted them to keep healthy. "W-Wait Mommy! I'm sor-", Blooky was cut off as his arm was pulled and he was swatted blinking back tears," Owwie! Mommy..",he whimpered reaching back to rub at his bottom sniffling softly.

Volts watched in slight horror as this played out before her and their mother turned towards her,"Mama...Mama don't!",she said squirming to move but she was grabbed also and her skirt and shorts didn't help all that much to soften the blow, "Ow..my bottom..Hng..Mama..Sorry..", she said tears crowding into her eyes and they were marched into the car. The ride was silent besides Volts sniffling and Blooky's whimpering, the drive seemed to stretch on forever but the two younger kids fell asleep half way with tears on their cheeks.

"Mother they fell asleep, should we wake them up?", Mettaton asked staring at them before wiping a tear from Blooky's cheek. " Are they in big trouble Ma?",Maddie asked genuinely concerned for his younger siblings even though he thought they were 'crazy and annoying' he truely cared for them, but he knew his mother knew best.

(yea I'm in college so a little wait for a longer post is no problem. It's when I wait days for a reply that I lose hope XD)

As I swatted them and heard them cry, I felt my temper cool a bit, as well as a bit of guilt for spanking them out in public. However I knew they deserved it, and when Mettaton brought it to my attention that they fell asleep, I had a bit of a problem. Especially since Maddie was filled with concern for his siblings. I didn't want to be cruel to them, especially since I never had to spank Blooky and Volts often. But what they did...they were way out of line.

"No, Mettaton. Let them sleep. I'll deal with it once we're home. And yes, Maddie. They are in BIG trouble. They disobeyed me, destroyed one of the necklaces I worked hard on and is due in two days, and they hid it and ran away. Not to mention Blooky threw that sundae and tried to run away from me. But I promise I won't be harsh. You know I would never really hurt any of you."

I reached over and pat Maddie's head gently, feeling calm now as I talked. My kids may try my temper a lot, but who knew they could be a way to bring it back down as well?

We got home, and I picked up the two sleepers and carried them inside, letting them sleep for now. Once they woke up, though, I would be having a long discussion with them.

Maddie smiled leaning into the patting his concern fading as Mettaton seemed a bit jealous by watching it all happen. Two hours after they arrived home Blooky and Volts awoke forgetting what had happened until he saw a ice cream stain on his chest,"Ohh..",he grumbled softly as Volts sighed softly hoping their mother wouldn't know they awoke.

I was cooking dinner, Mettaton offering to help me by gathering ingredients and stirring when my arm got tired (which I playfully did after a few seconds or a minute and we would laugh as he took over) When I heard the younger ones wake up I sighed, knowing what I would have to do now. I pat Metta's head before going to Blooky and Volts, hands on my hips and looking disappointed. "What do you have to say for yourselves?"

Blooky looked over at her and smiled softly going to lighten to mood, or at least try to,"Mommy..your gonna have to buy a good again remover for your other clothes..",he said cracking a fake smile before noticing it came out as a smart aleck comment,"I'm sorry mommy! I didn't mean that!",he said quickly hands moving to his bottom immediately.

Volts looked down slowly before looking at Blooky hiding a slight smirk,"Mama..I...we were bored and there was nothing on TV and we couldn't rent a movie without you..s-so..we went in your workshop..and the necklace was so pretty.. And it was my favorite color! So...I picked it up, I didn't know you hadn't put the clasp on so it fell apart..so we buried it...and um..it was kinda your fault. You didn't lock the door!",she tried with a pout.
