Spanquest II was a game I originally started developing in 2016, following the completion of Spanquest I. I continued working on the project for some time until I felt that my older work
in the game was flawed and could be improved upon. At that point I stopped continuing the story of SQ2 and made several attempts at redeveloping the game in different engines with different
systems. Some time in 2018 after many failures in settling on a form to continue the project and dealing with the stresses of full time university education and a part time job at the
same time, I realized it would be better to put the project on hiatus rather than let people wait endlessly with bated breath for my next release.
Eventually I graduated with my degree and found stable employment and started to work on the project again. After some time experimenting
away from the public eye with my ideas, I was able to come up with a feasible scope of what I wanted the game to be. This new version of SQ2 I've dubbed as SQ2:Re features interactive
graphics for every spanking scene, new streamlined systems for those scenes, and an improved storyline featuring new characters and events in the same world I first created back in 2016.
SQ2 features you playing the role of a courier sent to make an important and secretive delivery to a country far away and unknown to them. The country of Minrol is one full of deep history,
interesting people, fantastical locations, and a culture heavily based in discipline. Our hero may have bitten off more than they can chew with this seemingly simple job quickly expanding
into an adventure beyond their expectations, dealing with natural disasters, the occult, political turmoil, and more nights sleeping on their stomach than one would prefer.
