There is a goblin who stole underwear and is running really fast. I have no idea how to stop it, so I can retrieve the underwear, so I can finish placing the seal. There just does not seem to be a single hint anywhere as to how to stop the thing. I can't block it, as it runs right through me, I have nothing in my inventory to stop it. Please help, I rather not have to skip the town because of this hiccup.

You can't catch the goblin that is running around the city really fast. The goblin that stole the panties is sleeping in the little shak in the north of the city. It's sleeping in there, and before you approch it, you need to close the door from the inside.

If you mean the normal SQ2 (the one without images and has iron city) then maybe not, idk.
