[ SpanQuestDX ] - SpanQuest enhancement/continuation

Sorry, folks. Having some health issues possibly related to my surgery/problems almost a year ago to this day, so the update might take a little longer.

Just wanted to be up-front and let everyone know. I know it's been a long time coming and I know people say "that's okay", but I really wanted to get this out by next month. However, right now the game is in a bit of a half-finished mess with all the new systems, so I can't really rush something out. I have made sure that the source files will be available if I am ever unable to finish it (not being pessimistic, but just wanted that reassurance).

Stay well and safe, everyone, and will touch base soon. Was hoping this year would be better that 2019, but both for me and looking around the world so far, that looks not set to be as yet!

and please don't worry about getting the game out, it's only a game there is only one of you. I am hoping your 2020 is better and this is only a temporary bump in the road ! Hey Banjo! Just wanted to let you know that I just finished the game and made an account here specifically to tell you how fantastic of an experience that was (okay, and maybe also to snoop for some info about quests...what can I say )! So many amazing ideas and so many roasted bottoms, haven't enjoyed a game like this in a long time.

Also, reading some of what you've written recently, make sure to take care of yourself! You're doing amazing work, and I'm sure even the demoness will have some mercy on you (which obviously doesn't mean that you won't get that spanking...loved that small detail, btw). So here's to a happy 2020 for you!

I played this game many times for...some reason. The game is awesome!!! Thanks for your effort!
I love the part of Birch Manor, vampire's mansion, that's so cool (scream), I played many times and found the secret passages. If use that necklace the ghosts won't touch you. There are many ghosts and room there , I think it can be added more contents.
(Does vampire's kid need to study? ）
A simple suggest: select a save file when you want to load or rewrite, if have notice to confirm it would be nice.

Hi Banjo- first of all, as everyone here agrees, take care of yourself.

Second, long time fan of your SpanQuest- been playing since v1.5.5. I've enjoyed everything you've put into the experience- the replay value goes up with every new version. I'm also really excited to see the new changes you are bringing in- it sounds like a brand new game with everything you're adding this time!

Like you, I am a fan of f/m spankings, and love the many possible encounters throughout the game(Megan in the upstairs of the Prancing Paddle was a great, surprising addition to your last big update!). My personal favorite female spankers are Maria, Claire, Karen, Tawni(both times), Megan, Lidyr and Kelly, Veena, and of course, Princess Angela. Not that many others weren't also wonderful, but those women REALLY knew how to make me feel like I'd been a very naughty boy.

I also enjoyed the uniform inspection from Bayora, and I really thought that(when she entered the hallway to begin the inspection) the 3F monitor, Shelly, was going to be a witness to that embarrassing, public spanking. When the spanker is very serious, an gleeful witness can give the spankee even more to think about with just a gasp, a giggle, or a grin.

 

The one area, as of v1.6.3, that I would love to see used more is the gym outside of Frostpoint Academy. The area is almost begging for some naughty set-up with multiple punishment endings.

To me, the obvious scenario is for a group of school children(presumably the same gender as the protagonist) to be trying to sneak into the other locker room while a team is practicing- either to watch the team change after practice, or perhaps do some sort of panty-raid. This would give the hero several options of how to try and take things:

*help his/her fellow classmates sneak in and hide while the team changes
*help the team catch the others as they sneak in
*sneak in solo and perform the panty raid on your own while the others wait
*snitch to a teacher and get the raiders in trouble
*use the gender swap spell (or something like it) to really turn the tables on the raiders!

Any of these paths could lead to spankings and other embarrassing situations, and the hero could be on either side with the hairbrush comes down. It also opens up the possibility for a large group spanking!

Thanks again for all the work you've done. The game itself is a gem to play, and the tribute building speaks very highly to the caliber of your character. I look forward to the next version, whenever you are happy with it.

I noticed just now while replaying the game, in the library in frostpoint the shelves in the very back have a small typo. It says "Fiction and Poety Books" where I'm pretty sure there's an R missing in poetry. A very tiny thing of little consequence, but I figured I'd mention it anyway. (I'd say that poetry books are quite poet-y in nature either way ^^,)

As I'm playing the game again, just a couple notes:



- On Frostpoint, it would be great to have the chance to spank myself the troupe of kids who steal my money on the alley near the pub, instead of letting their parents do so; or at least, make it on a way where I can interact and decide if they are punished enough or not, or how should they be.

- About implements, I find very little chance to actually use them; I made myself a paddle with holes, first chance I got, but on all the spanking interactions I had since then I never got the chance to use it, or to see if it makes a difference on the spanking scene.
