Shiek wasn’t sure how much she should console the girl. If she knew how much pain Samus went through, she might not have freaked out on her earlier, but Zelda still thought she was just some bully. Her hand hovered over the girl’s back before she gently sighed finally mustering up the courage to pat her back “If you ask for forgiveness, you will give it to you” she said with a soft smile and a kind tone. “She doesn’t want to burn these bridges, she just feels like you don’t care about her” she tried to explain.
“Samus, I’ll relay the message, but promise me one thing. During this training session, you will not spank her no matter what happens. She needs to look at you as a friend and a mentor and if you keep beating her, you cannot start anew. She needs to trust you and pain will only drive her away”
