In my spanking fiction I usually depict a kid who is spanked for a rather unfair reason but in the end he takes revenge in some rather silly way. (ex. the spanker uses a spanking machine on the kid and afterwards the kid manages to put a bomb on the machine, thus, making the whole lab explode and the spanker flying over the horizon Team Rocket-style) or some of them can get revenge on a more serious tone (Like the Legend of Zelda one I'm making)

For me, I like the moment of realization by the spankee, that they really can get spanked. This can come before, during , or after. But I am assuming a first time spanking here, at least first time in a while, or from this spanker.

Whether it's in a comic strip or in a story, or it's happening to me personally, I appreciate every aspects of the spanking experience. For example, the dialogue between parent and child that announces that a spanking is going to be administered. Then, the taking of the child to the place where the spanking will take place. If the parent is very angry, then the child may be taken by his ear, or if the parent is more in control, the child's hand may be taken. In either case, the spanker has taken complete charge of the spankee.

The next exciting part is when the spanker prepares the spankee for the punishment. Placing the spankee between the spanker's parted legs for the ritual of taking down the pants and underpants helps to build the tension and, once again, highlight the fact that the person about to be spanked, has lost all personal freedom.

If it's a boy or girl being spanked, having the parents pick them up under their arms and lay them across the lap, is another great part of the spanking. Then there's the positioning and turning up of the shirt. Even the way the spanker/parent holds the child close with one hand as the other hand prepares to administer the spanking.

During the spanking, I think there should be some quiet moments where there is just the dialogue between palm and posterior or hairbrush and hiney, but there should also be some questioning by the parent to determine if the child is learning his lesson.

If, by chance, the spankee slips and utters a bad word, then the spanking should stop and perhaps either corner time, or some mouth washing, should be added to the punishment. Then, back over the lap so the important job can be properly completed.

Afterwards, there should always be love and reassurance. If the spankee is a child, they should be put right to bed after the reassurance takes place. (They probably are exhausted by then anyway.)

I'd have to say the baring of the bottom and the application of the first round of spanks. It is so emotionally charged and the initial smacks sure gets the undivided attention of the spankee!

The baring of the bottom is definitely 'the' moment in the spanking experience. It is a kind of "point of no return" and it's particularly effective, in my opinion, if the Spanker is the one who takes down the pants and underpants.

Being put across the Spanker's lap is another very emotional moment. There is a kind of panic that happens when your feet leave the ground and you are only supporting by the Spanker's lap.

Then the pause between being put across the knee and waiting for the first 'smack' is another scary moment. I don't find too many stories or pictures that make the most of that little bit of time. It can be a time for the Spanker to administer instruction and/or another scolding before the actual walloping begins.

The next most dramatic moment is when the spanking is fully underway and the spankee is broken and can only react physically to what's happening to the lower part of his anatomy.

I personally enjoy the part when the underpants are pulled down, even more so if it's done over the spankers lap, and after a round of sound smacks have already been applied.

I like that too, because the person over the Spanker's lap, knows that the Spanker is too angry to just be satisfied with spanking his underpants!!!

I'd have to echo what a lot of other people said. I like to start pretty much from the beginning - what exactly happened for a spanking to be deserved. Then there might be some cornertime or being banished to another room for solitude and such things as, "think about what you've done!" If that part is skipped, maybe due to an instant punishment rather than a delayed one, I like the idea of ear pulling and washing the mouth out with soap. Either way, when I'm writing...I tend to hang on to some of the best moments, like when the threat of a spanking becomes apparent, or the time the one on the recieving end is placed in the position and possibly bared...

Very intense moments. After that, the spanking obviously commences, with scoldings either before, during, after, or a through the entire thing. I like to end the spankings on a rather harsh note, for some reason. Unfortunately, I don't seem to comprehend the "forgiveness and cuddling" part at the end - I wish I could sometimes, as I read how many people like that part of it.

I think, though I might be wrong and only speaking for myself, but the forgiveness and cuddling part, take on tremendously greater significance if the spanking is a legitimate spanking that brings you to either to genuine tears and crying, or at least to crying out.

Once that happens (especially if you can cry) then being comforted feels good.

I too, Bobby, agree that the forgiving part is kinda essential, even if I don't use it that frequently. It's feels nice to see the spanker and the spankee happy again.
