"Well, here's the good news: if you behave and act like a good little witch, I won't need to touch you at all. Otherwise, the palm of my hand will be 'touching' your bottom at a rather high velocity."

When he heard her threat, he seemed to ignore it and answered her question. "We're coming up on an inn; we'll rent a room there and continue our travels in the morning. Witchhaven isn't too far away from here."

Then, suddenly, he pulled her firmly against him; a gauntleted hand covering her mouth. He spoke sternly into her ear.

"I cannot abide threats like that. If you attempt to use your magic against me, I'll put you across this saddle and spank you right here and now. Is that clear? Nod if you understand."

The girl rolled her eyes again at that and simply shrugged. Oh he could try to spank her, she thought, he certainly could try. Renting a room at an inn sounded like a terrible idea to her since she was sure there’d be people there that hated witches, but given the Blackguard was capable of holding his own mostly, she guessed they’d be fine.

When she was grabbed she would give a squeak before her eyes widened as his hand covered her mouth. Silvia didn’t immediately nod and thought about kicking him for touching her, but she gave a huff and nodded. “I wasn’t threatening you, I was threatening my familiar, like I told you. And I didn’t mean any of it anyway.”
