BRC's underwater train station was the first part of the school that children sent or assigned to attend BRC would see. due to an increase in juvenile crime, the Justice system was overwhelmed, clearly an alternative was needed, a program was created, one that combined high end education, strict discipline and loving care.

with a 98% success rate, BRC was perhaps the most successful school in the country, and was largely independent as well. Housed on a chain of man made islands, BRC housed dorms, both Basic and high school buildings, a small port, naval wildlife rescue centers and such, the school had a little of everything.

a group of adults stood on the station mingleing and waiting for the train to come in, right now, they were looking forward to meeting there new charges.

The train that they were waiting for comes in and comes to a stop. As steam was coming off the train some kids were coming off and escorted by an office and each holding a suitcase with a tag of there prison number and there name and something things about.

The last kid comes off and was escorted by an office as well and comes over to the adult he was assigned to.
The kid has brown air and blue eyes. He was wearing a blue shirt and baggy black shorts. He was wearing back shoes and white socks on his feet.

As they come up to who he was assigned to he was about 6 and on the card on his suitcase said his prison number Is A405E and his name is Jeremy and show his crime for being in a gang and robbing about 5 stores,got away with goods and was the only one cought

His baggy shorts slip down a bit to she he was padded and in pull ups. Jeremy was in cuffs and looking at the guy he was assigned to and was giving him a mean sour look. On his card also show his medical for what he has and it incontinent. And said he is to wear pull up in day and diapers at night and checked offten. Also said he will steal,lie,picky eater,get into fights. That stuff was extra because it ran out of room.

Jeremy's Mentor was Kai Allard, a tall, tan skinned young man, "I see." Kai said with a nod. "well. Welcome Jeremy, I'm Kai. Your mentor here." he said, taking the cuff's off his charges wrists. "it's very nice to meet you." he added. Kai was an advrage guy, wearing jeans, a T-shirt and sneakers.

Jeremy didn't respond as the cuffs we're off and rubbing at his wrists and spit at his sneakers and said. "I hate it here and it sucks" he said and turns away from him.

The guard that exsorted him look at Kai as he heard and saw Jeremy do that. "Good luck" he said to him as he put the suitcase down and takes the cuffs from Kai and went back on the train with the other officers as the train was leaving.

Jeremy look at him with his arms still crossed. "Fine" "I can eat just take me there now" he said In A rude manner and walks past him and continue to pull his shorts up as they slide down a bit. And was feeling hungry.

Kai gave him a firm look. "Jeremy. You don't talk to adults like that. You know that. I know you are angry. But taking it out on me wont fix it. okay?" he asked.

I don't care" "my dad left on us and my mom was weak to even discipline me or talk back to me so I can talk to adults how ever I want and think it working fine for me" he said and didn't even care if he was testing him.

Kai was a patient man. And he was more then willing to give more then one chance. But He also understood that he had to establish authority over Jeremy quickly. "You aren't dealing with that here. I don't know what exactly you've heard. But here we have a very simple rule. Misbehave in public. Get Spanked in public. So Consider this your only warning. Change that tone, or you will not like what comes next." Kai warned.
