Inuyasha: Pups

Kagome sighed as Inuyasha and Kouga fought, clawing and snarling at each other. To those unfamilar with those two it would have been frightening, but to Kagome and her friends it was a matter of routine.

It had started, as it usually did, with Kouga appearing in a whirlwind to proclaim his undying love for Kagome. And as he always did, Inuyasha became angry.

"They've been going at it for a while." Sango said as she set her boomerang down. "Usually they both call it off by now."

"Just give it time." Kagome replied as she sipped some tea. She was sure one or the other of the boys would tire soon and give in, Kouga would leave, and everything would be as it usually was.

Usually, the fight was coming to an end by this point, but the two were absolutely furius. Both pushed to the edge, the clawed, bit, scratched, and kicked at one another.

They rolled in the dirt, and around the clearing, disappearing into a thicket of ivy. They didn't realize it, but an old demon looked down on them, from a tree, scoffing.
"Fighting like children, you are," he muttered.
"Children you'll be then, he said, decisivly. He waved a hand, and with a shapr pop, both men were jerked away from each other, and, in a whirl of light, transformed.
Once the light cleared, the demon was gone, leaving in his wake, two small children, remarkably similair to Kouga and Inuyasha.

The small group ran down to see what the flash was.

"Inuyasha? Kouga?" Kagome called. They came to a dead stop when they saw the two little boys. "Wh-WHAT?"

Shippou hopped down from Kagome's bike. "They're little kids!"

Inuyasha looked up at them. He certainly didn't remember Kagome being so tall. He looked down and yelped at his small body. He was indeed a child.
"What the hell happened?!" he cried out, blushing at his childish voice.

Kouga glared at him.
"Great. Look what you did, now, mutt! Now I'll never get Kagome to love me!" he yelled, ignoring his small stature. He'd been a small child.

A short while later Kagome sat both boys in front of her.

"Neither Mirouku or Sango knows what has happened to you, and I don't have any idea either. Mabey Keade will know, so we should head back to the village in the morning."

She took a deep breath. "And...since you are both too little to care for yourselves, I'll have to do it for you." She grabbed them both by the arm, noting how dirty they were. "Let's start with a bath."

Both of them blanched at this.
"I'm not some child! Let me go!" Inuyasha yelled, angrily.
"I'm not a child either!" Kouga yelled, trying to jerk away.

Kagome let out an annoyed sigh. "Yes, you both ARE children now. Look at yourselves." She tugged them along towards a hotspring while Shippou followed, already taking off his clothes and carrying Kagome's soap and shampoo.

"I can clean myself!" Inuyasha said, indignantly.

"I can too, but you can help me," Kouga said, winking at Kagome.

Kagome dragged them both to the hotspring. "Alright, can you undress yourselves or do you need help?" she asked. "Don't be embaressed, you are only little boys now."

"I don't need help! Let me go!" Kouga yelled.
"I'm not a child!" Inuyasha shouted, trying to pull away from her grasp.
"What the hell happened to us?" he demanded.
