Poll: What kind of Spanking do you prefer?
So heres a question I'd like to put out to everyone 
What do you prefer, a nice romantic spanking (Eg. Your lover actually asks you nicely in the mood for one, or you do the same, and it happens slowly and lovingly), being disciplined (Eg. Doing something wrong and being punished for doing it) or a sexual spanking? (Eg. It happens fast and doesn't last long, but is very hot n' steamy)

I'm very much a fan of all three.. Romantic is my personal favorite, just the way I am. I enjoy the other two as well though.. even though I won't say I enjoy the discipline at the time.

I enjoy all three as well, but it depends on the circumstances...
Personally, I'd have to say my favorite is punishment, if I'm the one recieving. ^^; I don't know why, but for some reason I crave being in trouble and being punished for it.

I voted for discipline, but sexual is right up there with discipline. There is also the for fun spanking. Whatever type of spanking, I generally like at least the pretense of discipline.

The trouble with multiple choice surveys like this one is that they don't necessarily cover all the possible options. Or else there are combinations of answers. For instance, personally I don't consider "romantic" and "sexual" to be all that different.
In my own life I am spanked primarily (and regularly) for erotic reasons, in that it arouses both him and me and is foreplay, a prelude to sex. So, is that romantic, or erotic, or purely sexual? To me it's really all three, and I suppose it all depends on the nuances in how you define things.
"Romantic" may also mean entirely different things to a man and a woman, or even to different people generally.
