Rose had on a smirk as she watched the Doctor move around the control panel of the TARDIS, side stepping every now and then in order to move out of his way or better see him around the large center of the machine. She couldn't help but to laugh at his music selection that was currently somehow blasting out of apparently hidden speakers, though she didn't dissaprove of it. "You're quite a rocker, aren't you? A real punk." she lightly teased the man as she ran a hand down her denim overalls. It was a new look for her and a slightly more revealing one. Somewhere in the not so back of her mind, she wondered if the Doctor approved of it. Though she doubted he would say anything even if he did. "So where exactly are we headed again?" she questioned, tilting her head to the side a bit as she waited for an answer.

The Doctor - full of energy like always, was prancing and twirling around the control panel of his magnificent TARDIS. The spiky haired Time Lord chose a music station on and grinned over to Rose, his brown eyes sparkling brightly. "I'm the best there is, come on Rose you know that!" The Doctor laughed happily and tapped his fingers over the console, synchronizing with the beat of the music. Rose's outift of choice was something The Doctor had to bite back on his tongue about, true he didn't mind Rose's figure and was more than happy to see a little flesh but soon they would be infront of others. "I thought I'd just punch some randomco-ordinates in and see where the TARDIS takes us." he grinned again, looking over a little too long at Rose before he finally pulled is attention away when the TARDIS landed.

The Doctor fell onto his back, laughing a he did so beside Rose. "Let's see where we are!" he yelled excitedly and was up like a bolt of electricity.

Rose had orginally let out a yelp when she landed flat on her back as the TARDIS touched down but then started laughing as well since the whole situation was just too funny, as most situations with the Doctor were. Minus the times when they were running from harmful other-worldly creatures. "Right! I hope nowhere deadly. And I would perfer to keep my body to myself this go around." she eluded back to Cassandra from their previous stop as she hopped up and moved to the enterance ramp in order to grab the Doctor's coat off of the railing there. "Come on then! We haven't got all day!" she called jokingly, holding up the coat so that the Doctor could slip into it when he came over.

"Ah but I do hope we haven't landed anywhere boring, I prefer danger any day." The Doctor laughed and smiled to Rose when she held out his coat for him, "Thank you." he stated as he slipped into it, "I'm getting rather attatched to this trench coat, I have to admit." he grinned and then took Rose's hand, lacing his fingers with her own, "Allons-y Rose Tyler!" he yelled, jerking his head in her direction, a large smile from ear to ear.

As soon as the two of them emerged from the TARDIS door they were met by guards pointing guns at them.

Rose widened her eyes at the sight of the multiple guns trained on them and quickly let go of the Doctor's hand so that she could raise both of hers in a sign of surrender. "Well that' didn't take long." she muttered under her breath to the Doctor but jumped slightly when one of the men on horses called out to her.

"Quiet!" he barked and Rose shut her mouth as quickly as possible, not wanting either of them to get a bullet in any part of their bodies. "You will explain your presence." the guard continued to talk now that the girl had stopped.

The Doctor also held the his hands to the level of his shoulders in a surrendering pose, he frowned at the sight of gun barrels in his face but he knew better than to object. Before The Doctor could hiss a warning of silence to Rose, the Guard had beat him to it. The Time Lord then smiled in awe, "Are we in Scotland?" he yelped in excitement and used his best Scottish accent,

"I'm John Smith and this is my servant girl, we're from the small township of...Balamory." He explained holding up his psychic paper, "I've been chasing this wee naked child all over the highlands."

Rose gave the Doctor a look from his explanation of her being his servant and the naked comment but filed it away in her memory of things to tease him about at a later time. If there was going to be a later time at the rate things were going. "Right...I've been oot and aboot" she agreed, using her own best Scottish accent that failed horribly in comparison to the Doctor's.

However the guard seemed to ignore her failed accent as he looked to the paper that the Doctor was holding up. "It says here that you're a doctor." he stated, not looking very amused by his form of ID and kept his gun pointed at the two strangers.

The Doctor gave Rose a look of disapproval and frowned, "No really, don't do that." he stated firmly and then looked back once he was adressed again, rather confused by the look of bemusment on the Guard's face, "Yes, and what's wrong with bein a Doctor?" he asked with a confused frown on his face. Then something caught his eye, a carriage looking very formal pulled up.

"At ease men," An authorative female voice barked out and the figure came into view.

"Rose, may I introduce her Majesty Queen Victoria." The Doctor smiled.

Rose could feel her jaw slacken when the Doctor introduced the woman in the carriage but she quickly composed herself. "No way." she mouthed to the Doctor in amazement.

"You may approach the carriage." The guard told the two hesitantly, not at all liking that the Queen was allowing the two to pass but knew better than to disobey direct orders.

Rose didn't need any more than that to bolt up to the carriage in order to see her Majesty herself and gave an awkward sort of curtsey to the queen. "Rose Tyler, ma'am." she introduced herself but then remembered her clothing choice and blushed faintly as she pulled down on the skirt a bit. "I'm so sorry for my...err...nakedness." she apologized. It would be her luck that she'd be in the presence of the Queen on the day that she decided to show a little skin.

Queen Victoria set her eyes on Rose and merely lifted her chin so she could speak above the noise of the howling wind, "I have six daughters, it's nothing new to me." she stated, "Did you say you were a Doctor, perhaps you can help me." a frown set low on her face as she studied the Time Lord.

"I am." The Doctor confirmed.
