It been a long time since the boys seen their father. He and their mother split up while they were very little. Spending pretty much all their lives with their mother. She was a very good mother. Working hard to make a home for them, spending as much time as they could with them, supporting their dreams, everything a mother could. Sadly for the past few years she had gotten sick and lost her life to the illness. Thinking they would have to go to foster care. They were told that their father was going to take them in. This came quite a shock to the both of them. Not remembering the last time they spoke or even saw him. Both boys were waiting for their dad at the office of their late mother's lawyer.

Cruz was sitting on a chair, with his feet on his favorite skateboard. He tries to remember when he saw him last. He was thinking that he was five years old while his little brother was three. Their dad had a suitcase with him and told the boys that he was going away for awhile. Though that was a lie. He wasn't sure how to feel about him today. He understood why he left their mom, but why take so long to get into contact?

Jamie, the younger of the two. Did not take the news so well. For he saw their father as the guy that left on them. He's been having his ups and down since their mother's passing. He had hope that she would of left them money so that they could look after themselves, but it went to a bank account that they can't get into until they were eighteen years old. With their life, it feels like they don't have enough time to grief. They just have to move on, but he wonder how this was going to effect his life style. Since he was used to all the free time they had with their mother. Looking out of the window in the office. He sighs and leans against the window.

Nervous, excited, scared ....these were all the emotions running through Jeremy's head right now. He knew his boys would hate him, he left them when they were young. But he had to, the relationship he had with his wife was just not healthy around two growing children, and the man had tried so hard to get in contact with the boys, but their Mother's brother had blocked all contact with them, which Jeremy was furious about. He took a deep breath and walked into the waiting room, his eyes widening when he saw how big his babies were now.

"Heya guys." Jeremy said softly, his eyes filling up with tears slightly. He looked to Cruz and smiled, "Can your old man get a hug?" he asked, holding his arms out.

Hearing footsteps getting closer to them. Both looked up to see that there was no doubt in either minds. The man that stood before them was in fact their father. He did in fact aged from the last time they saw him, but it was not hard to reorganize their dad.

Cruz stood up from his chair. Pressing one foot against his board so that he could pick it up. On the bottom it had a custom detail that was actually made by him. It was a wave made out of concrete with a skater on it. He stood before the older male and he looked a little shocked but from his face. He can tell that he was actually glad to see him. So when asked to hug. He chuckled and wrapped an arm around him. "Good to see you again old man." he said, before he pulls away.

Jamie looks at the two of them by the window with distrust on his face. He wasn't sure how to feel about him now standing there. He was gone for most of their lives. He wasn't there when their mother fallen ill or other things that happened. For all he knew, he wanted something out of them.

Jeremy looked at his older son and grinned when he wrapped his arm around him in a hug and pulled away, "Call that a hug?" he asked before wrapping his arms around the older boy securely, placing a kiss on his head, "You're never to old to hug your old man, I missed you Cruz, you're so big now, I hardly recognized you." he said, releasing him and then looking to his youngest son with a smile on his face. He wasn't going to force him to hug him if he didn't want to, but he would have liked to hug him.

"How about a hug Jamie boy?" he asked softly, "I missed you so much pal."

Cruz was surprise by the sudden bear hug from his father. So much so that he dropped his board. "Dad! Come on man. there's some seriously hot chicks around him. This is embarrassing." he said in a joking kind of manner, but at the same time he was serious. "I know, I can barely make you out either. I thought you were grandpa for a second." he said that being a full on joke. Once let go, he picks up his board. Watching the scene between their dad and his little brother.

The younger male out of the three looked at the oldest one out of them. Who asked from him like he did with his brother. He stared him in the eyes for a moment. Before he reached for his hand and shook it. "Jeremy. I take it things are well for you." he said. Letting go of his hand. "Do you even still live in town or do we have to drop our lives and move to wherever you live?" he asked. Not in a mean way, but there was a coldness to it.

The older brother sighed and shook his head. "Quit being such a prick. You know that we could end up in foster care if he didn't take us in." he tells Jamie. Who lets out a grunt. "You're quick to become his bitch." he said as a comeback. Soon both brothers got into each others faces and looked annoyed with one another.

Jeremy rose a brow when his older son mentioned that there were some hot girls around and he shook his head, "Alright kiddo, but in the comfort of our own home, I can hug you as much as I want." he grinned and then frowned when Jamie shook his hand and called him Jeremy. "Uh no kiddo, you call me Dad." he said firmly and then folded his arms at the cold tone he was being given, "Young man, drop the tone right now." he scolded and then gaped at the language war between the two of them.

"Oh heck no." he said, taking them both by the arm, into a secluded room before giving each of them a firm spank. "I don't want to hear that language from you two, and I do not want to hear you fighting either. You will show each other respect." he looked to Jamie, "And you will show me respect as well." he added, raising a stern brow. "Now I don't wanna be the bad guy here, I want to spend time with you both and cover some lost ground, but there has to be a harmony here or else chaos is gonna ensue."

He shook his head, "Failure to comply with respect within the family, will be punished with a spanking."

Jamie gave him the cold shoulder when he told him that he has to call him dad. With the little fight going on between the two boys. They both yelped when they were grabbed by their dad by their arms. Being pulled to an unused office. With the door close and it was just the three of the,. They each let out a grunt as they were slapped on the bottoms. Rubbing where he spank them and tells him that he didn't want any fighting between them nor use the words they were using with one another.

With Jamie he looks at him as he tells him personally to show him some respect. He closed his eye lids, but rolled his eyes under them. To him he seemed pretty demanding for someone who hasn't seem them in forever. Deep down there was a part of him that wanted to let him in, but he was to busy trying to keep it in all by himself.

Cruz listened to their father as he tells them that he wants to spend time with them, but he wants to do it in a way where they are getting along. Other wise he will punish them with a spanking. Which comes to a surprise to him. For that seemed so old school. "Man, we are to old for that though. Can't you just take are cells away or something?" he asked. Letting out another sigh and rubbed the back of his neck. "But I get the message. 'I'll' try to be better with getting along with my brother." he tells Jeremy. Looking at Jamie with a smile.

At first it seemed the the youngest out of the three didn't want to budge. But he sighs and nods his head. "Fine." he said. Looking at his brother with a half smile. "I'll try to get alone with the bonehead." he said with a smirk on his face. Cruz laughed and wrapped his arm gently around his brother's neck and ruffles his hair. "Hey! Hey! Hey! It took me a long time to get my hair like this." he tells him brother and trying shoving him off of him, but was let go.

The older brother chuckled and look at their dad. "So, old man. Do you still live in town?" he asked. Since the question was never answered. "I mean. Just bro and I got are things in storage right now. So we don't want to forget them. I mean I have all my tools and equipment in there." he tells him.

"Not to mention my sketchbook and art supplies." Jamie added. "And our furniture."

Jeremy wasn't sure how he felt about being called old man, but so long as Cruz didn't push it, then he wouldn't get on the kid's case about it. He looked at both of his children as they rubbed their bottoms after the firm spank he had given them. "No, you're not too old for a spanking Cruz, it's effective and touches the heart, so I am going to spank the both of you if you misbehave or break rules." he said and then smiled when he said he got the message and would try to get on with his brother, "Good, thank you Cruz."

He nodded to Jamie and then looked at Cruz when he asked his question, "I live on the outside of the city, not too far from here." he answered and shook his head, "We can pick all your stuff up tomorrow, but for tonight I want to get you settled in your new home." he said, leading both boys out of the office and to his car.

Both were not real happy to hear that they were still going to get spankings if they step out of line or break the rules, but this wasn't the place to talk about this short of thing. When he praised Cruz a bit for agreeing to get along it made the older brother smile, but the younger one frowned. Crossing his arms and rolled his eyes. Jamie then looked a little hurt at Jeremy as he answered his brother's questioned which he had asked earlier.

"So you live outside the city huh? That's cool. My buds and I go outside the city all the time to do stuff." the older brother said as both followed him out of the office. Taking a look back at his brother and sees him looking a bit down. As they reached outside. He stopped for a moment and looks around. Causing his brother to stop as well. "We're going to tag along with you on the road." Cruz told their dad. "We drove here, so you can lead us okay?" he said in a questioning tone.

Jeremy did notice the hurt in his younger son, and while he wanted to comfort him, he thought that maybe if he focused a little more on giving Cruz positive attention, then maybe Jamie would open up to him, in order to get the same kind of affection and interaction back. "Yup, just on the outside of the city." he confirmed and smiled before then shaking his head.

"I would prefer the both of you to be in the car with me." he answered firmly.
