Mike and Sarah Stevens waited in the lobby at the department of justice, eager to meet their new penitatas. "Don't be rude David." She reached into a bag she had brought with her and pulled out the clothes he would wear. A pair of blue shorts, and a red and blue striped shirt.

He yelped - rather cutely, much to his dismay - as his mother gave him one good spank. He then looked at the clothes. He didn't have any problem with getting out of this revealing gown... but then he looked around the room at all the eyes on him. "Um... where can I change?" he asked her, not really wanting to get naked in front of all these people.
