Andrew Cooper breathed a healthy sigh as he skimmed though his email. He most of it was junk and the constant spam mail from that one company that has you convinced you're the only one that accidentally subscribed to their newsletter when you bought a pair of headphones.

Andrew is a 20 year old college student who used to be a partquarterback l back in high school, caring more about cute girls and hanging with his bros then the periodic table. He's paying for it now with his constant work load. He finally found a college that would take him on a football scholarship, he was at one point labeled the best high school quarterback in the nation. The deal he was given is that he would only be allowed to play football if he retains a B average. After studying his butt off, he's miraculously keeping up his end of the bargain.

He's also given the task of getting a part time job to pay for his bills, having to pay for all of his bills and the apartment he has to live in. Upon hear this, the school was more then happy to give him a janitorial job. Cleaning up garbage and puke is the perfect way to humble the lazy kid.

While deleting emails, Andrew couldn't help but think of his little sister. They were so close when Andrew lived back at his parents house, but ever since he left for college they drifted apart. Andrew has so many memories of the pranks they played on their parents and in how much trouble they got in together. Now that he thinks about it, he can't remember a time his mother, the disciplinarian of the house hold, spanked his sister. Andrew went over his mom's knee more then his fair share of times, but the most she got was a time out. Andrew just shrugged this off and went back to what he was doing.

Saya was still a curious and cute girl. She still occasionally pulled small pranks, but nothing too big. She never was in trouble for long either because she got apologetic quickly, or some just couldn't stay mad at her. She was almost 9 years old, so was close to entering third grade. She was average height with cute cat ears and a tail that wasn't too fluffy.

Andrew finally finished organizing his email to perfection and was about to sit down and get some much needed rest when his phone rang. It was his dad's friend. It turns out that his parents have reached their breaking point in their arguing and fighting. Andrew's mom decided to pack up her things and move across the world and his father was ruled as an unfit parent because of his constent drinking and anger problems, so the judge ruled that he must live in a rehab facility for a minimum of one year.

Andrew hung up the phone with a deep breath. He knows he must do the responsible thing and take care of Saya, but how is he going to break the news to her? Once she hears what happened she's going to be deviated. He checked his phone for the time and decided to go pick up Saya from school, he'll come up with an idea then. Hopefully.

[Terra]

Saya was let out of school after her last class. She wandered outside, her ears twitching as she sniffed the air. She saw a butterfly and began to chase it, batting at it with her hands with a low growl.

As the line of cars began dwindle, Andrew's car eventually became the front of the line. Looking out the passenger side window, he saw his sister rolling around in the grass. Andrew sighed and beeper his horn to get her attention.

[Terra]

Saya's ears teitched as she heard the horn, standing and scampering over to the car. She tilted her head seeing him. "Mew?"

Andrew unlocked the car door and opened it for her. "Hey Saya, it's been a while." Andrew said with a kind smile.

[Terra]

"Long time." Saya said, getting in and shutting the door before buckling in, grinning big

"Well, c'Mon. You're not going to give your big brother a big hug?" Andrew asked, opening his arms.

[Terra]

Saya's ears twitched as she unbuckled herself and hugged him, grinning
