Andy's mom had just bought Andy a new toy called the 'smacked' which resembled a GI Joe soldier in camo with a hand that opened and close to spank the toys (and Andy) with his hand or tools, and he could also adjust his size to woody or be at Andy's waist

Andy was eager to start playing with his new toy. He had so many ideas of how he could use it, but he was reminded he had to do chores first, so he begrudgingly left to finish them as quick as possible, leaving "The Smacker" alone with all his other toys.

When the coast was clear, just like any other time Andy got a new toy, Woody was the first one to approach it, as the others stayed behind and watched. The sheriff looked skeptically at him, unsure as to what the point of him was. He just seemed like a regular action figure to him. Regardless, he extended his hand. "Hey, partner. I'm Woody. What's your name?"

Woody blinked as he shook the toy's hand. What kinda name was 'Smacker'? He just shook his head and looked at the toy. "So, what do you do?" the cowboy asked.

Woody was still confused by this. "Er... spank?" What in tarnation does that mean? It sounded familiar, Andy and his mom would throw it around sometimes, but he had never really learned what it meant. And if it this toy was meant to do it to other toys, he figured now is as good a time as any to learn. "What does that mean?"
