Rosewyn, or just Rose, Winchester absolutely hated it when her big brother, John, butted into her social life. Scaring off her boyfriends, beating up her friends. It was really damn annoying. Though, she did appreciate it when he scared off the real jerks, and beat up that one douchebag that planted pot in her high school locker...

But now she was in college. She may seem dumb due to her unsavory habits, like doing pot and drinking, but truth of the matter was that she was insanely smart. Just made bad decisions.

Which is now why she was in trouble with her elder brother, the eighteen year old sulking in their shared dorm room, crossing her arms and sitting on their sofa while John ranted at her for being stupid, due to drinking underage again.

"Same old song and dance." She spat. "Can I go now, dad?" She asked, using the term 'dad' because he was just like their hard ass father.

John was sort of lost when his sister came to live with him, he enjoyed having her around but she was a lot of damn trouble. She was a smart kid, real smart and John believed she could do anything if she put her mind to it. But she seemed more interesting in smoking, drinking and partying away her life and education.

"Ya know if ya get caught drinkin' one more time, the college is gonna kick ya out, and then what, huh?!" he snapped at her, arms folded over his chest as he glared down at his little sister. He narrowed his eyes when she called him Dad, and shook his head. "If I were Dad, y'd be covered in bruises right now, kid." he reminded her, their Dad wasn't the nicest of people.

John then pulled her up and gave her bottom three unbelievably hard smacks. "Get in the damn corner, NOW!" he barked.

"Uhhh. Then I'll go to fucking Harvard or Yale." She said, her voice sounding like she was talking to someone who was mentally challenged, or just plain dumb--which she pictured John as being. Then he responded to her by saying that if he was dad, she'd be covered in bruises. "Like that even changed anything." She snorted, shaking her head, she really did hate their dad.

She gasped as John pulled her up and slammed his hard hand onto her ass. "Ow! You fucker, no way!" She said, squirming away from her big brother and going as far as kicking him a few times until he would let go.

John knew his sister was smart, and she probably could get into those colleges...but she'd be far away from where he was and he'd honestly miss the little challenge in his life. "I'm just glad I was there the time Dad went mental on ya....he coulda killed ya that day." he reminded her though he was a little hurt she was making him out to be stupid.

He then had enough and yanked her up, smacking her ass hard with a firm hand and shaking his head when she kicked him and called him a fucker. "Yes way." he answered, scooping her up and placing her under his arm. He then lowered her jeans and panties and started up a flurry of swats, "Cut it out, NOW!"

Rose grimaced. "Let's not talk about that." She growled, shaking her head. Then she was yanked up, and she thrashed and flailed, cursing and shouting. Then her ass was bared and she growled, elbowing him hard in the back for response to the smacks, the girl seriously going ballistic. "NO!" She shouted childishly, huffing at him.

John hated doing this, but it was the only way to get his baby sister to listen. After dealing with everything their Dad put them through, John never wanted to raise his hand to Rose. That obviously never lasted long. He grunted as she elbowed him in the back and gave her childish huff. "Yer not helpin' yer case, Rose." he told her sternly and continued smacking, "Yer gonna stand in the corner and then yer gonna get a hairbrush spankin' fer this one." he told her.

He then sighed, "You can't drink under age, if you get sent away from here I aint gonna see you fer a long time, I can't deal with that."

"Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugh!" Rose shouted, groaning loudly and long. Then the young woman decided to go utterly limp, making her body dead weight in his arm, wanting to just fall to the floor. "Nuh uh. Not gonna do that." She said indignantly to him, this being a mix of sibling rivalry and seriousness between them.

She frowned at what he had to say next. "You'd follow me, you dickhead." She told him.

John was strong enough to hold his little sister under his arm, even if she was some serious dead weight right now. Then she decided to call him a dick head and he decided he was sick of everything she called him, even considering everything he'd done for her. He sighed and dropped her on the floor, "Y'know what. Fine, have it yer damn way." he answered, grabbing his keys and gun and leaving the place.

He packed up the Impala and got into the driver's seat, deciding he was just gonna head back to the house he'd left behind him in Dallas.

Rose yelped as she was suddenly dropped on the floor, the girl smacking her face into the ground and instantly blood gushing from her nose and she hissed in pain, getting to her knees and looking up at him with that terrified expression that he had probably only seen on the night that their dad lost it. Then he headed out and she got to her feet, righting her clothes and stomping right after him.

"Where th' Hell are you goin'?" She demanded to know, voice nasally.

John hadn't meant to hurt her since he didn't drop her too far off the ground. He got into his car and looked out the window when Rose asked where he was going. "Like you care." he answered, "I'm goin' home and I'm gonna have my own life. I'm sick of carin' about'cha and gettin' nothin' back but being spoken to like a dog!" he snapped at her. "Find someone else to make feel like shit, cause I'm done."

He then started up the car and took a deep breath.
