Ralis pulled his padawan along by the ear, scolding him all the while. He had caught the boy trying to open a holocron forbidden to padawans, a very serious matter. Luckily for the both of them the council had decided to let him punish the boy as he saw fit.

Averlain was... A bit of a troublemaker. If he heard about knowledge, he would do ANYTHING to get it. Including break rules.

Ralis swatted his bottom every step to keep him moving as they approached their apartment at the temple. "When I get done with you you won't sit for a week!" He scolded.

Averlain pouted at him cutely, and whiiiined! "I just wanted the knowledge..." he grumbled, knowing he was in trouble, which in turn had him pouty. He just wanted to be the smartest Jedi in the temple. Was that too much to ask?

"You deliberately disobeyed me." Ralis told the boy. "I told you that holocron was only for knights and you weren't ready for it." He let his ear go. "Take off your clothes and go to the corner."

Averlain rubbed his ear softly, And drooped a bit. Ralis was pissed! He took his outfit off, and headed right to the corner with a heavy blush on his face, his ears and tail drooping.

Ralis went out to the gardens and cut a thin switch. It wasn't very long, and while able to sting it wouldn't do any damage beyond lines that would fade by the end of the day. He trimmed it with his claws and headed back to their apartment.

Ralis walked in and swung the switch a few times, knowing the boy would hear the sound of it cutting through the air. He then sat on the bed.

"Averlain, come her." He ordered. "Stand in front of me."

The kitten shrunk at the sound of the switch flicking through the air. He padded over to Ralis, chewing his lip rather cutely as he looked at his master.
