The Island school was perhaps the best in the country, for any number of reasons, on a chain of 9 man made islands connected by an under water train tunnel to the main land, the school was in itself a self sustained community, a school, dorms or houses and such, a small mall and other shopping centers, who's owners lived on the main land, where what made the island feel like a home.

The students were commonly children from ruff situations, sometimes kids who'd gotten in trouble with the law, The students were each matched with a 'mentor' who acted as a sudo parent for the child, the Mentor's were normally collage students who were working on teaching or other such majors.

For the students who had battles with the law, the school was used as both a second chance, and a punishment. for 2 years after there arrival, the students who came under court orders were in what was dubbed 'hard time' meaning that they were kept under strict rules, meaning that disobedience was commonly delt with in a simple way.

Kiro was a ten year old boy already know by the law stystem very well. He told because he age they would give him a second chance at the school. Kiro was neko and a very smart one. He sat there in train with four guards surround him to make sure he would not cause any trouble. Do to his age he was very immature and he would flash his tail in the gaurds face when they were taking. He was a savvanah neko but he was just a kitten. He continue to bother the guard to he felt the train stop. He was muzzle was finally taking. He was forced to wear after he bit to gaurds eariler. They quickly led him off the train to the docking station.

Sarah walked over to the guards and exchanged a few words with the guards, then knelt down to Kiro's level "hi. I'm Sarah. I'll be your mentor here." She said removing the muzzle.
