Redwood Institute: Where Education and Discipline Collide!
Nick Harlem walked in front of his new university, his hazel eyes sparkling behind his black horn-rimmed glasses. The African American smiled. Redwood Institute, one of the best universities around. The school was huge, so he was glad he printed off that map of the campus. He folded it, along with his dorm papers, up and bit down on it before lifting his heavy luggage and scurrying to his dorm, where he would begin his new life.
Forty minutes. The walk from the parking lot to his dorm took forty minutes. Nick hadn't even entered the room yet, he was just panting heavily and leaning against the door. His Seth Rollins shirt was still dry, but the white long sleeved shirt he wore under it was dotted with sweat. With a grunt, he opened the door and shoved his bags in. He looked around and smiled at what he say. The living room was modern and homey, with a black leather couch, a coffee table, and a large TV mounted on the wall. He kicked off his shoes and felt the white carpet, moaning at the soft feeling against his sore feet. Leaving his bags at the door, the slim 19 year old walked to one of the bed rooms. The bed had two yellow pillows, and green covering. Beside it was an oak desk, which was parralel from the closet, which was beside the door. With a grin, Nick flopped onto his bed and took out the info that was on his door.
"Dear Student, welcome to Redwood! Here, each student has an individual counselor to help keep grades in check. Now, your own counselor will be up shortly to give you a firm welcome."

It was always nice to see the new student come to the school. For if they can make it here, then they will have a bright future. Though there are some that don't stick around for long due to the pressure of the school work and another factor that it most unusual, but effective. Once student that has been here for two years was given word that the person they will be looking after arrived to the dorm. He smiled and makes his were there.
His name is Markus Rodriguez. He stood at 6'4", was slim but had muscles for he was on the school's soccer, but he prefer to call it football. His skin tan colored and had dark brown hair. Wearing a red polo shirt and tight fitting jeans. He was looking down at a sheet of paper with the room number on it. When he arrives he knocks at the door. Once the door opened he smiles. "Hello, I am Markus Rodriguez. Are you by any chance Nick Harlem?" he asked in a friendly tone.

Nick nodded and smiled back, extending a hand to Markus. "That's me. What's up?"

He took his hand and shook it. "Nice to meet you." he said politely. "Well in case you did not see the note. Each new student is given a counselor. To have a fellow student to talk to about classes and to help out in any way we can." he tells him. "For you I am your counselor. So what do you think of a campus so far? Do you have any questions?" he asked.

"I might be a little late to a few of my classes, but this school is amazing. I'm sure I can figure it all out soon enough." Nick replied, stepping aside to allow his new counselor inside.

He steps into the room and looks around. "I know that you are new and all tot he school, but being tardy is heavily frown upon here." he tells him. "Unless you have a note from your counselor." he tells him.

"Oh..." Nick looked elsewhere. Clearly, Markus wasn't the type Nick could joke around with. "Well, uh, what can I do for you?" Nick asked, strangely wanting him to leave.

"Well actually there is one more thing I must do." he tells him. "You see we have a very old tradition here at Redwood Institute. That each counselor gives their student a taste as to what will happen if they decide to break a rule." he said. He walks over to the desk and pulls out the chair. "Has anyone told you what happens here if a student were to get in trouble?" he asked.

Nick thought for a moment, remembering the letters and pictures he got from his older sister. His eyes widened, and his hands flew to his surprisingly shapely rear. "Are you actually gonna...spank me?"

"That's right." he tells him. "I know it is rather abnormal, but it's a common practice and study shows it has great effects on the students and keeps grade level on high." he tells him. "Now you can either do this bend over the desk or over my knee. Also since this is just a welcoming spanking. It will only be over your underwear and only with my hand. Trust me, it could worse." he said calmly.
