Day by day

Dyson Comley lounged out on the couch in his apartment he shared with his roommate and boyfriend since the 19 year old couldn't afford a place close enough to the college,not fortunate enough to get a scholarship that covered his boarding but did offer a small living allowance.

To compensate for the lack of money he was able to offer each month for rent,he handled most of the day to day chores,keeping the apartment clean and livable when he wasn't slouching off.
He spent a majority of his time at the school studying Classical theater and literature,as such he could be a bit dramatic at times but it didn't seem to phase the only person that mattered.

Sounds of boiling water and dicing could be heard coming from the kitchen. The sweet scent of pasta sauce permeated the air. Matthew had always had a passion for cooking and found it no trouble at all to cook dinner. He had settled on pasta for the evening. Delicious and cheap.

He stepped away from the heated stove after pouring in some diced mushrooms in to the sauce pan as he peered out in to the living room.

"Dove?" He called lightly.

Dyson looked up from one of the books he had brought home from the school and peeked his head over the back of the couch "What's up?" he asked,hair falling over one of his eyes despite his attempt to blow it away

"Could you come in here and taste this for me?" Matthew called gently. " I'd like to know your thoughts. " He called beckoning the other male in to the kitchen.

[Chris]

Dyson grunted as he kicked his legs forward to get himself up and half jogged into the kitchen,grabbing a spoon from a drawer and giving the sauce a taste "Perfect as usual,trying something new?"

"Oh well you know.. every so often it's great to to add in a little spice." Matthew moved over and pecked the shorter male on the cheek. " Or even a bit of sugar. " He started gently before moving to stir the sauce a bit. " I added a bit of sugar to help sweeten the sauce and give it a more savory flavor over all... So tell me, Cherished; How are your studies going?" Matthew asked with a wry smirk. He'd trapped the youth in his devious web now that he tricked him in to the kitchen he couldn't just sneak away from any conversations about school~

None the less the kitchen was made up rather nicely this night as the dinning table had a dark black table cloth laid over it and the plates set. It was clear that Matthew had some sort of plans for this evening.

Even the air was perfumed with a strange scent... fresh cut gardenias were strongly scented, and a neat bundle of such were beset with in a rich red vase as the center piece of the table, a mixed with a few white roses.

Dyson groaned a bit at the question "Knew it was a trap..." he mumbled to himself "Fine I suppose,it's just school so I don't stress out over it too much" he said with a shrug "Basically just have to keep the teachers happy....just bluff my through the rest"

"That doesn't sound very definitive nor informative of what you are up to. " Matthew started. " What kind of home work do you have~?" Matthew asked curiously so as he moved to stroke a hand over the back of Dyson's head.

"Just some light reading on early stage works made in the States and the impact they have had on both the theatrical world and the normal concepts of society" Dyson said leaning into the touch just a bit "Otherwise just the normal math,sciences,etc."

"Is it finished up yet~?" Matthew asked in a demure tone as he started to run his fingers through the blonde hair petting the youth with a somber sort of affection. "Because if it is~ I have a few things to do with you tonight~"
