School Daze
It was a rather sunny fall afternoon at Himeji university. Sara Ward stretched as she walked through the doorway of her final class of the day, the black t-shirt she wore raising up a bit to show a toned, athletic midsection before sliding back down to cover it. She was happy it had yet to get cool as it allowed her to still wear shorts which her round bottom filled out quite nicely, so much so as to show faint pantylines were visible through the black athletic shorts (unknown to her). She pushed her curly blonde hair aside to stick her earbuds in as she walked the campus until she finally reached her destination: The campus library
She was the star of the Himeji women's basketball team which seeing as it was the only good sports team the school had made her a bit of a celebrity. It also made it a bit shocking when she began dating a shy librarian not that Sara really cared. Presently she leaned on the information desk scrolling through various sports news on her phone. Another library assistant had seen her walk in and gone to let Miki know.

Miki Kitamura was going through the library's inventory list when her fellow librarian found her. An immediate blush covered her face as she heard the news her girlfriend was here, causing her to lose track of her thoughts for a good five minutes.
She had been dating Sara for a while now, which was surprising considering how popular and confident Sara was, and how shy and normal Miki herself was. But none of that mattered now, so long as Sara was by her side.
"Hey, Sara," she said meekly, a strong blush still remaining on her cheeks. "What're you doing here? Looking for something?"

It took Sara a while to realize Miki was there due to her music. When she finally did look up from her phone, her face lit up. She quickly pulled the earbuds from her ears and spoke, rather loudly as she had quickly forgotten the rules of libraries.
"Hey! I'm done with classes and I don't have practice for a while so thought I'd drop by!" She said as she rested her arms on the desk, resting her head on top of them.

"H-hey, you need to be quiet in the library!" Miki reminded her in a soft voice. She might have been attempting to scold her, but it didn't sound the least bit intimidating. Not that it mattered, since seeing Sara was enough to make everything else seem unimportant. "Geez... I-I am done for the day so... wanna head back together?"
She looked at her girlfriend expectantly, one of her hands nudging forward hoping Sara would hold it. Even though they were going out, asking to hold hands directly was still a little too much for her. One of these days she would need to be more forceful with her approach.

Sara ducked her head a bit a faint blush crossing her face. She rubbed the back of her head a bit embarrassed by her lack of volume control. "Heheh... sorry." She whispered. She would smile, or rather grin from ear to ear at Miki's question. She opened her mouth to speak, but hesitated, making a conscious effort to keep her voice down. The second her girlfriend's hand nudged forward the blonde would grasp it, speaking softly as well. "Of course!"

A new shade of red flooded Miki's cheeks at Sara grasping her hand. How someone could be so spontaneous she would never know, but it fit Sara so well she didn't mind it. It was one of the many things that made her fall in love with the basketball team's ace in the first place after all.
"You could've just texted me, you know," she said as they exited the library. She knew how much Sara disliked being bound by rules and having to keep quiet. She had put up with it for Miki's sake, but she didn't have to. "I could have just met you outside the library..."
She didn't go on, but the redness in her ears made it abundantly clear that she was happy Sara did what she did. Saying it would be much too embarrassing though, so she simply kept mum about it. Sara could figure that one out on her own.

Sara smiled as the two exited the library hand in hand, the blonde swaying her arm as the walked. She stopped just outside the door, bringing Miki to a stop with her. Sara would cock her head to the side, pondering what her girlfriend said. She was not one to text much with Miki. To her texting was something reserved for people she wasn't too interested in talking to. As such texting Miki never crossed her mind.
"Well..." She started after a bit of silence."Yeeeeah...but...uh... heh."
It was not something she knew how to explain well.

Miki regarded her girlfriend with some surprise. She had never seen or heard Sara even remotely at a loss for words before. It was oddly endearing.
"What is it?" She ventured, feeling a little more daring for once. "Why're you all embarrassed?"
Despite her attempt at a cheeky smile, Miki was actually pretty nervous inside. What if she made Sara angry with that comment? Would she threaten to break up? It was just meant to be a joke, but Miki had never made jokes like this before, so Sara might not be used to it.

Miki would give Sara a surprise of her own. After her initial off guard expression faded she put on a pout.
"I'm nooot embarrassed it's just like... weird... most people I'd rather actually talk to you!" The taller blonde replied, resting her head atop her girlfriend's

"Eep," Miki jumped, burying her face in her girlfriend's chest. Her perfume today smelled really good, putting her at ease. "I-it's embarrassing if you put it like that but... I-it's nice, I guess..."
She stayed like that for a bit, then finally managed to pull herself away to look at her girlfriend in the eyes. She was still holding onto her hand, though.
"How was practice today?" She asked sweetly. "You have a big competition come up soon. Confident?"
