Anyone is welcome to use the spanking sound effects from my games - I got them from various free sound sites and adjusted them. Just please don't reuse the music, that's mine.

Open the resource packs in the games you DL. Copy/paste to your own files.

LOL as long as the game files are not encrypted, yeah, it is. And you can copy sound files from ANY generation of RPGM. Especially if they are in .mp3 format. Though .wav works too. Even easier is just save the whole folder to your PC. Then you can easily just grab the sounds you want etc. Same with the source folders with the tilesets of spanking implements. There are now around a hundred abdl/spanko/smbd sets out there that are free to grab. If your good at drawing on the digital format, you can make your own custom tiles. As to sprites, millions to choose from but again, to get a specialized custom sprite, make your own.
