I point out in the comments that I really don't look to do little kids spankings, so I figure I might as well talk about some of my preferences here.

I like F/Ff pairings, although M/Ff is good too. I don't go out of my way to do X/Mm pictures, although I will if the right idea presents itself. Or a male with a suitably spankable butt.

I prefer panties up, just because a pantied bottom is cuter than a bare one. Although barebottom drawing can be fun too.

My personal preferences are X/Ff, the sex of spanker doesn't really matter. What matters for me is that the spanking is deserved.
I prefer bare bottoms because they look more vulnerable and helpless (helps you like the girl if you see what bad predicament she's in) - plus, I like to see that elusive "transient redness" that should result from a good spanking.
And, of course, the look in girls's face when she knows her bottom is bared to the world. Should she feel embarrassed or is that a luxury she cannot afford right now? Dilemmas, dilemmas...

I haven't seen the latest drawing, but I will check it up.
