I'm unsure how to write this, as although Meru is an established character of mine, there is a bit of variety, as I have used her in various scenarios.
I guess I'll start by talking about what I'm looking for, then I'll go into details about the character.
I'm looking for discipline scenarios on the severe side. Simply put, Meru needs her ass beat. As far as settings go, I'm pretty open. Anything where an authority figure has the ability to administer punishments to Meru. Historical to futuristic work for me. Fantasy can work, but I haven't done it in a while. Boarding schools/strict Academies are some of my favorites. Having the ability to go in her room is nice, because I love bedtime spankings.
Lets talk about implements!
Hand- Not bad for driving a point home or on the spot corrections. Especially useful when punctuating sentences in public. Not so great as a sole means of spanking.
Hairbrush- always good. Better when upsized to a bath brush. Probably hands down the best way to roast a rump before bed!
Belt- Convenient! They're usually easy to come by. Sometimes she might even have one on that can be used. Good to apply to the thighs too.
Paddle- So much variety here. Holes are usually better, but not always.
Switch- A very long, very stingy spanking can be administered without wearing out the skin!
Cane- thinner, extra whippy ones really do the trick. '6 of the best' is a joke though. Multiplying that by ten is a good start.
Tawse- Nice and formal. Make her fetch it before putting her over a short stool with her butt sticking straight up, and she'll be ready to learn a lesson.
Birch- Absolutely! Better strap her down to the punishment bench first though.
Flogger- Maybe, if it has enough weight behind it to leave a mark.
I'm sure I'm forgetting a few, I'll update if I think of any more of importance.
How about positions? Lets talk about a few.
OTK- Always good, especially if she's positioned so her feet cant touch the floor. Brush is probably the best implement for this position but lots can work!
Bent over touching knees or toes- Better make sure she holds the position. Extra spanks if she doesn't!
Bent over the back of a chair- Another good one. It gives her support and something to hold onto while keeping her bottom where it needs to be.
Bent over the seat of a chair- this can work too if it doesn't have arms. Laying on the chair with her legs kept straight behind her, toes on the ground, and forced to hold it requires self discipline.
Over the arm of a couch- great for longer sessions at home.
Diaper position- I love spankings that humiliate the spankee, but this one just doesn't really work for me for some reason.
Restrained to a spanking bench- Really goes well with a long caning or birching. Love it.
I like other things with the spankings as well. Corner time before, after, or both is encouraged. Writing lines is also good, just don't expect me, as a player, to write them out. I'll describe her writing them. Mouth soaping is good when appropriate as well, and it usually is. Humiliation is awesome as well. Her butt should usually be bared for a spanking, but she doesn't have to be stripped naked for each one. Make her more engaged in it. Make her hold up her dress all the way around while her panties are at her knees during a lecture before the spanking starts. Speaking of involving her in the process, making her fetch the implement or put the chair in the middle of the room is a nice touch. Making her count strokes is nice as well, but sometimes its unrealistic to expect her to keep count, as she'll be too busy crying.
Did I mention I like severe? Well I do. Red is fine. Crimson is much better. Purple is preferred. Black and Blue is good too! Welts should be vivid and numerous when it comes to the whippy stuff.
Now that we've talked about what I'm looking for in a scenario, I'll talk about what I'm looking for in the roleplay itself. I'm fine with short or long posts as long as they're well written. I certainly don't need a novella each post, and I probably can't provide that anymore, I'm not as good as I used to be, although I can kind of feed off of what I'm given and work with that to help my own posts. As I said I'm fine with shorter posts too but please put in some effort. 'I spank her more and harder' just isn't going to cut it. That's not enough for me to work with and come up with a good reply.

Name: Meru Raine Lomine (Although middle and last name can be changed if the story demands it)
Age: 19 (I'll go as low as 16, and as high as 26)
Gender: Female
Appearance: Meru is just over five feet tall with an average build. She has fairly short black hair, which stops just above the shoulders, and is usually pretty messy. She calls it natural. She has large, bright blue eyes behind glasses with thick lenses. Her skin is a little pale. She should probably get out more, although it makes color from a spanking really stand out! Her breasts are on the smaller side, but she makes up for it by having curvy hips and a plump, round butt. More often than not she'll be found wearing dresses or a skirt. A school uniform is something she is likely to be seen in. Undergarments are usually plain, unimaginative, although when more formality is necessary she'll wear stockings with a garter belt. at night she usually wears 2 piece pajamas, usually a loose fitting top with shorts, but loose fitting pants are in her wardrobe too.
Personality- Meru is an introvert, and is more likely to spend time alone in the library than with a bunch of friends. She's very intelligent, but does not always put all of that capability to use. She can be very impulsive, and will often times only think things through after she has already done it. Normally she is very quiet and reserved, although she has a short temper, and has been known to go off on someone with no warning at all. A commanding presence is perhaps even more important than a firm hand to keep that temper in check. Even when it is in check, she is known to have a smart mouth when things aren't going her way. Sometimes, even when they are! She's also not particularly good with time. She's habitually late, and doesn't heed time limits either, such as being in at a certain time, or only spending so much time doing a particular activity. Homework? forget it. She's capable enough but just doesn't do it if left to her own devices. Once she is in trouble, she generally cooperates and doesn't make it worse for herself, IF she understands why what she is in trouble for was wrong. If she feels she was in the right she can be a nightmare. But when she understands that she was wrong, she is usually cooperative, even if she's protesting verbally. She responds very well to being bared, and will protest adamantly even while she cooperates. The mere mention of being bared for a spanking will put a deep blush on her face. To maximize the effect, administer her spanking in front of others. This easy embarrassment is why corner time is also very effective. Meru can be turned on by the whole punishment process, much to her embarrassment. However as a result it is important to make sure the sting overrides any other sensations she might experience.
