Fairy Tail: Backsliding Fail (With Sardonyx)

Another day, another mission completed in a manner that only the highest order of magic warriors could. By destroying a shit ton of things and getting off-handedly scolded for it by the less than affective Magic Council.

The duo in question was that of Natsu Dragneel and his little exceed partner in crime, Happy. The two of them burst into their home after a hard day of work. Natsu breathed a sigh of relief almost ready to strip off his pants and collapse on bed right then and there if Happy weren't directly in front of him at the moment.

It was weird but sometimes he was comfortable in his underwear around Happy and other times he wasn't. Either way, right now, he was too tired to really think things over and just let himself plop onto the bed with a groan.

"Ugh... the day was really awesome... Heheh. We've made S-Class finally too!" Natsu smirked.

"Aww no....w-wings tired...no more flying..." as soon as Happy entered behind Natsu, floating gingerly, he immediately collapsed falling on his stomach first. "Oh....yeah, though if there was ever nap time, now would be it....ooohhhh, no, what I really need is dinner~!" The poor exceed the rolled on his back and began to rub his now growling stomach.

Natsu turned his head and looked over at Happy. "... Don't you usually cook though? I mean come on, you know your way around a spatula well enough to do it even when you're super tired right? Has your training failed you so?" Natsu sneered.

[Sardonyx]

(Yep)

Happy tilted his back so he could look up at Natsu, who was still lying on his bed. "O-Oh yeah well, I don't see you being to quick to get up yourself, tough guy! Maybe you're the one who needs training...!" he accused as he pointed one of his paws at him.

Natsu got a bit of a troll grin on his face. Often, there were times where he would just egg Happy on for a nice pre-bedtime confrontation. He was tired, sure, but neither ever seemed too tired not to hash it out among one another before bed.

"Me? Need more training? Isn't cooking the only thing you're good at? You don't even fly as fast as you used to anymore. No wonder Carla won't let you into her pants." Natsu snidely remarked, not afraid to be dirty either.

"No wonder Carla won't let you into her pants." At that remark, Happy's ears twitched.

Then the exceed turned red in a fury, eyes white with anger and actually shot up to his feet and launched himself at Natsu blindly! "You take that back! Take it back!"

Natsu had just made fun of Happy's speed, but he definitely didn't see that coming! He expected fast retaliation but it was more on the level of something his imagination thought he could handle. But Happy's blinding speed almost caught him completely off guard. Natsu's eyes widened and he shot up from the bed to try and jump over the exceed...!

Happy was going so fast, that by the time he noticed Natsu jump, he was about to slam head first into the wall. "Huh...?!" *CRASH!*

After hugging the wall initially upon impact, the poor exceed then began to peel off of the wall comically and plop back down on Natsu's bed, seeing stars.

Natsu landed next to Happy with a hard plop, grinning and rolling about his sheets with a chuckle. "Ahahahaha! Not up to my level just yet. See? You ARE the one who needs more training!" Natsu grinned before playfully tugging off Happy's shorts and waving them about like a flag. "I claim this battle in the name of Dragneel!"

He really was tired though. Sleeping was probably a good idea but he needed to act on the spoils of war here.

Twas a good call for Happy was already enjoying his dazed dreams. The cat's eyes swirled as he was faced towards the ceiling in nothing left but his shirt and his white briefs covered in small guppies with a bright blue waistband.

"Carllaaa, am I coool yet...?" came the boy's mumble, still out of it.
