Foreign customs for Equestria (for kager)

[Jinchu]

A beautiful alicorn flew over Equestrian borders and headed deeper in the country. She had a drak grey fur, a realtively short coal black mane and a long elegant tail of the same color. Her dark-red eyes, like cooling coals, were concentrated and serious. Her cutie mark was a scroll (a list of rules and laws, by now doubt!) circled with the belt.

Her name was Stricta, and she was a princess in the distant land of Pony Shment. Tat kingdom was seperated from Equestria hundreds of years ago after some magical disaster changed teh landsccape greately, and developed differently. After some troubles the people of Pony Shmet realised that key to survival was in discipline. They did not supress the individality of every pony, expressed in their cutie marks, but belived that this diversity calls for teh rules which apply to all even more. Spankings were common in Pony Shment, for fillies and grown ponies, and Princess Stricta was ruling it more like a loving, but demanding mother, rather then royalty. Probbly teh flank of every one of her subjects met her joove or harsher implements at least once.

Recently Equestria nd Ponu Shment found each other out once again, and Celestia invited her fellow princes to visit Equestria. Aftersome time thinking Strictia agreed; especially since sh ehad heard about that kingdom think which were not always good...

Now she was ready to land at her first stop and get to know the ponies of Equestria...

[it's obviously inspired by Mina's EastStern saga and all credits for teh idea go to her! Hope she wouldn't mind me using that premise]

Right then she was almost knocked out of the sky by what seem a Rainbow colored bolt of lightning flying past her. The 'bolt' stopped and revealed to be a blue Pegasus with Rainbow colored hair and tail. "Sorry 'bout that." The Pegasus said with a sheepish smile, I was trying to beat my own record. The name is Rainbow Dash, the fasted flier in whole Equestria." She said.

[Jinchu]

The alicorn shook her head and frowned with disleasure. "I am Princess Sternia, teh guest of this land. And you, I belive, had never heard about looking where you're flying, nor about speed limits. Is that so?" she asked in a very stern, though calm tone, which would make any of her sibjects shiver.

"Well, if one goes so fast it is hard to see where you are going." Rainbow Dash said. "But about speed limits, there aren't any, not in the sky at least."

[Jinchu]

"Well, there should be, if you fly so fast you cannotsee there you're going. It's not only impolite, but very dangerous. I think we'll have to discuss it" Strictia scolded. She aimed to the ground, pulling Rainbow Dash along by her ear with alicorn magic.

"Ow! My ear." Rainbow yelped. "Can't we discuss this at my home? While having a cup of tea or something?" She asked, not knowing what the Alicorn was planning.

[Jinchu]

"I think right here and now will do. And naughty pegasi like you get their behaviour discussed not by the tea" Strictia cut short, finding a big eough stone to sit on it. She then dragged Rainbow over her lap, raising pegasus' blue flank for the perfect aim...

Rainbow Dash gulped. When she was just a filly her mom put her more then once in the same position. "Um...you rather have another kind of drink?" She tried desperate.

[Jinchu]

"I'd rather make hot something more deserving then the teapot!" Strictia answered, raising her hoove and delivering the first swift smack. It surely could be felt that she literaly had done it to thousands of ponies in her life.

Rainbow Dash knew this was coming but was still taken by surprise by the firs swat, her whole body tensed and stretched and she let out a loud yelp. "Please no more, I am sorry, I will be good." She pleaded.
