I don't know the person, but the post made me curious, so I did a quick search. Please note that I am just stating what I found in as matter-of-fact a way that I can. I don't do so to minimize or belittle what might have happened. What I found was, unfortunately, inconclusive.
The video seems to reference their furaffinity account, which was, according to the site, "voluntarily diabled", which indicates that spanking649 closed it themselves or requested it closed. The only way it could be connected to their death is if they knew about it in advance, like a terminal illness or suicide. Of course, they could have simply had a personal issue with the site and decided to drop out of it, as well. If there are bad feelings, then it might also explain the video being put up referencing it, like someone doing it to troll spanking649.
Another interesting thing is that I found links to pics attributed to spanking649 with post dates after the video was put up, ie in May, whereas the video was put up in April. The complication is that the pics don't seem to be put up by spanking649 themselves, but possibly by others using their pics. it also looks like they may have had a pixev account, which has been removed or cleaned out.
So, something may have happened, or they just decided to drop out of the community. I couldn't find anything definitive either way.
