No problem.
It's very hard to translate those words to Latin because Latin is a dead language. Any words that became popular after Latin died out, simply don't exist. Spanking wasn't a term coined until the early 1700s, where Latin died out around 500 years AD.
I can give you some synonyms, though.
Punire, Meaning literally "To punish." used as the verb form of punish.
Pūnītiō, "I punish."
Poena, "Punishment."
Flagellum would mean whip or to whip. Flagrum can also mean a whip but it's now more associated with a flogger.
verberō (present infinitive: verberāre, perfect active: verberāvī, supine: verberātum) means to lash or beat, maybe the closest word to spanking.
Contrition isn't one I could find either, here are some similar:
paeniteo (Repent or regret)
Culpa means guilt, as in fault. Mea Culpa means "It is my fault"
Dolere (This means to lament or feel sorry. In context it can also describe a feeling of pain or an ache)
