Star Butterfly, Princess of Mewni... could not remember the last time she felt this scared, panicked, and absolutely horrified! She'd only had her magic wand for a day, and yet... she'd kinda already burned down a whole city (Seriously, who knew rainbows were flammable?). At first, she'd been hopeful her folks would understand. Like, Mom probably messed up all the time when she started magic, right!? Instead, she came back to find them packing her bags.

Her eyes widened in horror as she immediately ran up and threw herself on the ground/ her mom's dress. "Nooooo! I can be good! Please! Don't send me to St. Olga's Reform School for Wayward Princesses!" Even just saying the name filled her with horror, and at hearing the lightning strike (that was probably just in her head), she immediately let out another scream of fear.

Queen Moon Butterfly was not exectly disappointed - she knew her daughter well enough to secretly expect something like that, though not as bad as it turned out... But she was most certainly distressed. She had to give the wand to her daughter, yet the results of it were absolutely unaccaptable. Moon loved Star... but she had responsibilities as the Queen of Mewni as well, and it included taking control over the princess who puts her kingdom in danger.

The overly dramatic appearance of Star only caused her mom to utter a tired sigh. "Star, don't you see we're in teh middle of something here?" Moon asked rather coldly. And she was, in fact, having a meeting with ministers and high nobility of the kingdom, on which Star's situation was, by the way, one of teh main themes. "And i'm sorry, darling, but the wand was yours for less then a day, and... me and your father warned you about the consequences of your recless behaviour, didn't we?"

Star honestly seemed relatively unaware of the crowd she had burst into at first, instead looking at her mom with fearful quivering eyes that looked ready to burst into tears, before briefly glancing around at everyone, and at least making an effort to get back on her feet and let go of her Mom's dress. Nonetheless, she did clasp her hands together with a pleading look. "I-I know, I know! And I'm totally sorry for messing up with that rainbow thingy before! But I PROMISE it's not going to happen again! I'll promise anything you want! Just please don't send me away to St. Olg's!" she added fearfully, ominous lightning flash occuring again though this time she at least muffled her screaming by putting a hand over her mouth. Nonetheless, she was giving the Queen the most pitiful look a daughter could give their upset mother... at least she hoped she was.

Moon sighed again. That was really hard... She knew that Star was a good-natured teenager in her heart, and Moon herself made mistakes at this age... sometimes much more dangerous ones. But it also teached her how much sich mistakes could cost. The Queen had to think of the good of her kingdom, and that required some harsh measures sometimes...

Still she was also the mother, and aside from her reoyal responbsibilities she had deep love to her daughter.

"All right, there is one other option" Moon answered after a long pause, secretly praying that she wouldn't regrat this decision. "We would still ahve to send you away to minimazi the damage, but it's a... more nice place then St. Olga's School. But you will have to work very hard both on your spell-casting skills and your self-control. If we wouldn't see results soon, you'll go to St. Olga's School anyway. This place is called Earth."

Star felt like her entire life flashed before her eyes in the time it took her mom, and when she DID answer, she was about to panic again before blinking when she heard her say it was someplace nicer. Still, she DID say she'd take anything over St. Olga's. She nodded quickly as her mom started listing her terms. "Okay, absolutely! I'll do everything I can to get better at my magic and you won't here about anymore cities burning down either!" She promised frantically. When she mentioned the place though, she blinked in surprise and looked at her. "Earth?" She repeated in confusion. "But... can't I at least stay somewhere near Mewni, where you and dad are?" She asked hesitantly. As much as she was glad not to go to St. Olga's, leaving her home still felt like a lot to her.

"No, Star, I'm sorry, but you can't." Moon answered with all seriousness. "Right now you are, to be honest, far from being the proper example of a good princess and trustworthy future queen of Mewni, and our subjects shouldn't see this. That's why you have to learn to behave yourself somethere far from here. Also, there is no magic on Earth, so you wouldn't be tempted to use the wand..." the Queen made a pause again. Here comes the hard part. "And Star... You do realise that burning down the village was an extremely serious misdeed? I know, you didn't do it on purpose. Yet it cannot stay unpunished; as the roalty, we provide justice to the kingdom, and we can't place ourselves above this justice. Your punishment was meant to be being sent to St. Olga's School, but since you're not going there..."

Star looked at her Mom again before giving a depressed look and nodding as she glanced down. She was really going to miss Mewni. She also gave her Mom a hesitant look and rubbed her arm when she brought up how her behavior looked. When she said Eaarth had no magic though, she made a face and stared at her. "Say whaaat?" she asked in surprise. Of course, her Mom DID go back to the idea of punishing her, and she did NOT want that. "What? Oh no, you have NO need to worry about that, Mom. I promise that I learned my lesson, and I won't burn anything down with a Rainbow ever again!" she said quickly, shaking her head as she gave her Mom a worried look.

"I sure hope so!" Moon frowned with irritation. Her daughter said it like it was not going as given! Star really was testing her nerve now. "But it doesn't mean you shouldn't be punished for what you've already did. And since you're getting it easy with the School for Wayward Princesses, the different punishment is required..." Moon gave her daughter a stern look and continued in a very serious and cold, absolutely no-nonsence tone "Take off your skirts and underwear, Star, and come to me. You're going to get spanked."

Star flinched at her Mom's tone before glancing back at her fearfully as she talked about more punishments. She was tempted to see being sent away was a bad enough punishment, but didn't wanna risk her mom changing her mind. She gave another nervous look before her eyes widened in disbelief and blushed at her sentence. "Spanked?! M-Mom, I'm fourteen... and everyone's still HERE." she muttered, worried glancing over her shoulder at the rest of the nobles around, although already holding her backside worriedly.

"Yes, you are, and this age requires some responsibility, no sign of which you're showing so far." Moon answered coldly. "You are right - maybe we should have do it much earlier; but I hope it's not too late. Causing more damage to your own kingdom then a anemy invasion could is certainly deserving a spanking. And you had chosen to discuss these amtters here and now by yourself. These noble men saw me being soft with you, now they ahve to see me being fair and just with you as well. Undress and come here now, Star!" That last phrase was said in a tone which could - and had in teh past - lead armies and scare the bravest of men.
