Slave island CEO (F/M roleplay)
The island nation of Dolainz is an archipelago of 400 islands and one of the biggest financial services centers in the world. It's lush green, beautiful and the people are wealthy and prosperous... unless they commit a crime.
You see, the nation has a peculiar means of criminal justice reform. There is no jail's there or smaller sentences. The minimum sentence is for five years and the criminal then becomes a slave of the government, whom they lease to their masters or mistresses in exchange for 80% of their salary. They are expected to keep working and pay back their debt to society and the masters in turn are to provide them a safe and secure place to stay.
Punishments
The slaves have no rights and can be punished as long as they don't have permanent damage or bleed. The society expects them to receive regular, multiple spankings a day for even the smallest of misdeeds and it is quite common to see them being punished in public. For criminals sentenced to more serious crimes, they are taken to a town square and caned every three weeks. All of the slaves are used for sex and they wear revealing clothes that displaysl their bottoms, ready to punished at a moment's notice.
Possible story
The idea that I had is a young bright new CEO from a normal nation coming over to Dolainz to take over from the previous one who tried to steal all the money and escape from the islands. The man has now been sentenced to 25 years of slavery and handed over to the new CEO who quickly learns the traditions of her new home and becomes a strong, powerful mistress as she tries to turn around her company with his help.
