Spending Habits (for zenith)

It was a hard school year being away from Gravity Falls and adjusting to normal life. Everyday wasn’t some new adventure or saving the world, it was normal school stuff like cramming for a test and dating boys (and some girls), and getting into trouble and staying out late, and all that fun stuff you do as a kid! But there was still something she felt was missing…all her friends at Gravity Falls. Wendy can be snarky, but she’s fun and really kind. She can never forget about Cady and Gretchen and all their sleepovers, and even Pacifica was growing on her. That’s why she was so excited for the school year to finally be over!

Hopping off the bus, she smells in that famous stench of Gravity Falls, “I’m back baby!” she screams, and Wendy comes over messing with the smaller girl’s hair “took you long enough, how’ve you been?” she said with a smirk “okay, school was boring, but also kinda fun I guess!”. Wendy watched as the bus pulled away “where’s your bro dude?” “Oh Dipper, he’s with some nerd paranormal investigation club, he’ll be coming in a few weeks. So how have you been?” The girl asks innocently. Wendy’s once cool attitude melted into an awkward clutch of her arm “well…let’s just say things have changed around here. Pacifica basically bought her way into becoming mayor and she’s been abusing her power! If you even make one small mistake, she beats your ass, like literally! She has daddy issues to the max! I wish someone would beat her ass that snotty little princess”. Mable rolled her eyes chuckling “come on, I’m sure she’s not that bad!”

Just then a limo arrived on the scene and a butler opened the door, only for Pacifica to step out. "Eh-hem," she coughed into her hand. "Well Dipper, I knew you couldn't stay away for long and umm, where is your brother?" she asked, worried that she might have said a little bit too much. "None of you ever heard any of that! Got it?" Pacifica asked, furious that she didn't check to make sure that her target was actually present before she began talking about it as she glared angrily to both Wendy and Mabel. Then she cleared her throat again as she then handed a piece of paper to Mabel.


"Mabel as, you might not have been told yet, but I have been officially designated as the head of Discipline in Gravity Falls." She then showed off her sash which designated her as such and it was a very hot pink bedazzled with tiny diamonds that served no practical purpose. "What this means for you is that as long as you obey the rules and laws of Gravity Falls then nothing will happen to you. But if you break any rule then I get to decide what happens. For example," Here she turned and smirked at Wendy, "Yesterday, little miss Cool as Ice cut in front in me to get an ice cream cone. So I spanked her with an ice cream scoop as punishment! And don't worry, Mabel. I remember you very well. I'm sure that without your brother, you are perfectly capable of memorizing and obeying all the rules of Gravity Falls." Pacifica then gave a smirk as she doubted Mabel could do that.

“he’s at some nerd paranormal group, he should be here in a few weeks” Mabel said rolling her eyes. She always has the worst timing, but she can’t blame her. Pacifica must be busy with this new job! Walking over, she pulled the girl in for a hug “I missed you, how have you been?” she said with a huge smile on her face, Wendy on the other hand scoffed at the girl putting her hands in her pocket, “didn’t hear what?” she said playing along. No way is she going to let this little devil beat her over something as small as that!

Mabel took the paper reading it over as Pacifica started to speak “wait…I thought you said Mayor Wendy?”. Wendy shrugged her shoulders “she has the power like one, but even more so. What she says goes”. Rolling her eyes, the teenager used finger quotes and mouthed “officially” to Mabel, but Mabel’s just confused about all of this. She never heard this concept before! Wendy’s face grew dark and she hid her face “d-did you really have to tell her that? Seriously Pacifica?” she scoffed. Mabel pouted gently “hold on, do you only spank people when they do stuff wrong? Also, what are all the rules? I’ve never heard of a town that has a rulebook, that just seems kind of silly, don’t you think?”

Pacifica waited for Mabel to let go of her before continuing to talk and put her hands on her hips. "First of all, you should know that it is against the rules to touch me without my express permission. Now it is your first offense and you just arrived in town, so I will forgive you. But if you do that again I will wedgie you in town square and play tether-ball with your behind," she warned. "And good for you, Wendy," Pacifica gave a mocking smirk. "I'm glad to see that somebody has learned to behave since the last time I saw you."


"Oh please? That spanking in the ice cream hut was public. Mabel would have found out regardless. In fact, you should be thanking me for bringing it up now so your friends wouldn't bring it up in front of you later." She then waved her hand lazily across her face before turning back to Mabel. "All towns have rules Mabel. For starters, all the laws that we have on the books are still enforceable. And this goes back all the way to the town's founding, including the laws that allow people to marry woodpeckers. And don't worry, Mabel. I can promise you that I have never spanked someone who didn't break the law or town rule in some way. No one can deny that." She then gave a very condescending smirk. Any questions?" she asked as she studied her nails.

Mabel rolled her eyes not caring for this fake strictness the girl’s trying to pull off. She knows the real Pacifica and she knows she can be a snotty brat, but she can also be a really kind and open girl. Chuckling, Mabel put her hands up “fine, I won’t touch you unless I ask”. Putting her hands behind her back and bouncing on the balls of her feet, she asks “sooooooooooooo, can I hug you whenever I want?”. A gentle blush formed on her cheeks at the idea of that and she pulled her sweater up trying to block her red cheeks. As embarrassing as that might be, butterflies start to fly around her stomach just thinking about that “P-Pasificaaaaaaaaaaaa!” she whined “Do you always have to be so cruel!” she said behind the thick fabric blocking her mouth. Wendy rolled her eyes placing one hand on her hip “I just don’t want my ass beaten over something stupid, trust me if it was anyone else, I’d tell the world”

Wendy shook her head “I have stories about you beating each and everyone of their asses, trust me, we have a mutual understanding and we can leave it at that”. Mabel pulled the sweater down thinking, if what she says is really true, then maybe she actually cares about her positon. She’s sure there’s a bunch of rules and remembering them must have taken some real dedication. Nodding her head, a playful smile forms on her lips “two. One, marry woodpeckers? And two, can I have a copy of these rules?” she asked innocently. Wendy squinted her eyes looking at the girl, she has no idea what game she’s playing, but it can’t be good.

Pacifica blanched at the idea of this girl hugging her like that. She was a Northwest and would not want to be seen in public with someone so...poor and uncivilized touching her, let alone hugging her! "No, no, no! A hundred times no. And this includes any sort of physical contact! Got it? And if that twin brother of yours ever comes back here, you tell him that this goes for him to! Either, I initiate the contact myself or I ask for it. If either of you do this without my permission, I'll..." And here Pacifica rambled about the many ways that she would completely tan Mabel and Dipper's (or anybody's else's) hide if they did anything to her without her consent. She was so caught into her ramblings that she failed to notice that Mabel was covering herself up with a sweater and was blushing until she had nearly finished with her rant and was greeted with a sweater in place of Mabel's head.


Pacifica sighed as Mabel's head came out of the sweater and realized that she was not talking to Mabel for the last five minutes. "You did hear my threats to you and our brother right?," Pacifica asked as she pointed at Mabel. "I mean, I don't want to have to repeat myself. It took me a long time to think of all that." When she heard Mabel's question she rolled her eyes and said, "Yes, in Gravity Falls you can marry woodpeckers if you want to I guess. You do have a phone right? Poor people have those now right? I'll send you a copy of the law-book of Gravity Falls. As long as you follow every law, you'll be fine." Pacifica failed to mention just how outdated the lawbook was. She also ignored Wendy since she didn't say anything that concerned Pacifica. As far as Pacifica was concerned, she would spank Wendy again when she broke some law nobody knew about.

As the girl kept going on and on about each unique punishment that would put her butt on the line, Mabel kept creeping her head back into her knitted shell like a turtle. The only thing that lasted was a small tuft of hair sticking up from the static. At least she can’t see the deep blush on her face, Wendy would never let her live it down and Pacifica probably would make fun of her as well! Shifting awkwardly in place, the girl began to nibble on her bottom lip starting to imagine all of this. God, what’s wrong with her? Why did she want this so bad! Is it because she wants to spend time with Pacifica or is it because she wants to get beaten? Perhaps it’s because whenever she’s around the girl after the incident, butterflies bounce around her stomach! At some point in the rant, Wendy went on her phone not caring to hear the girl speak, but when she was done, she looked up, “you finally done? You’ve been talking non-stop for like five minutes dude”

Mabel’s whole head didn’t pop out, only her eyes, and she quickly nodded her head when Pacifica addressed her again, “I heard the gist of it, yeah, and I’ll make sure to tell Dipper, but he’s not really a hug person to begin with, so there shouldn’t be a problem”. Wendy chuckled shaking her head “come on, I’m sure there’s some more ideas in that head of yours, it’s big enough to hold them all” she snickered at her own joke. Mabel rolled her eyes pulling out her phone, the gummy, pink glitter case was covered in stickers, “Yes I have a phone, I thought we exchanged numbers last time I was here” she huffed gently looking through her contacts. “here you are!” she says brightly before she got Pacifica’s message. “thanks Pacifica, well, I’ll see you around!” and then the girl did the unthinkable. She brought her hand up and smacked it against the girl’s rear before she turned around about to leave. Even Wendy stood in place in shock wondering what would happen now that she set off this ticking time bomb!

Pacifica froze at the sudden contact. She just explained that touching her without consent was against the rules. Her eyes turned red with anger as she turned toward Wendy. "Wendy," she said in a barely-controlled voice. "I am going to spank that twin. I am sure you know why and that you have no objections? I do not want to deal with any objections right now." She then stomped directly over to Mabel and promptly grabbed her hand. "Mabel, I just explained that initiating contact with me, without my consent is forbidden! And then you spank my butt! I am the only one who spanks anyone around here! I can;t believe that you did something so stupid! I mean, are you really this dense? I even let you off the first time as a token of kindness! If I didn't know better, I would have guessed that you wanted me to spank you!" Pacifica didn't even loosen her grip on Mabel as she yelled at her!



Pacifica then dragged Mabel over to a nearby stump. She then sat down and pulled Mabel over her lap. Pacifica had gotten used to pulling many stronger girls over her lap in recent years, including Grenda and Wendy so Mabel was no challenge. "Here's what's going to happen Mabel," Pacifica said as she squeezed Mabel's clothed ass. "There are three ways this spanking can go. Number one is that I spank you with my hand. Pacifica had a smile on her face, like she was really looking forward to this.

Wendy looked over to the girl feeling the rage in her eyes before she put her hands up “don’t look at me dude, I didn’t tell her anything. This is all her, my ass is safe” she huffed “And I’d have an objection because? She decided to do something stupid, and now she has to pay for her crimes, right?” she said smirking pulling out her camera and started to record the two. Mabel stopped when her hand was grabbed putting on an innocent face “well, I’m sorry Pacifica, I thought you were just joking around!” she tried to tug away not really putting anything behind the pull. She just hopes she doesn’t realize her master plan, or this would be all for naught! “can’t you let me off another time because you love me so much?” she said as an innocent smile started to form on her lips. It was the polar opposite of the rage looking back at her, but she didn’t care, Pacifica always gets this way!

Allowing her body to be dragged along, she didn’t put up a fight as she was thrusted over the girl’s lap. Her legs and arms dangle in the air as she whines gently really trying to play up the act, “Pacificaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa” she whined “let me goooooooooo”, but she shut up like a good girl when Pacifica started to speak. Clinging onto each word, her face became darker and darker “huh…30, 50, or unlimited” as she tried to decide, her hips swayed back and forth “hmmmmmm, now that’s a hard one…why not all three?” she said raising an eyebrow and looking back at her. Moving the hair that fell in front of her face, she looked up at the girl with wide eyes. Wendy can be heard chuckling behind the camera as she records “she’s so fucking dead”

Pacifica held the struggling girl on her lap as she looked up at Wendy. "Because you two are close friends that's why. I would have thought that you would at least like to put in a word in her defense." She then turned toward Mabel and the indignant smile on her face. "Were you always this daft Mabel? The law is the law! I am not letting you go. You are going to get the spanking that you deserve." Pacifica then pulled down Mabel's skirt and panties. "You know Mabel, I thought I would have to spank you and some point if you ever came back here. I mean, it's not like you normally care about the rules. But I did not expect to have to spank you literally five minutes after you arrived! Maybe it's because you're poor that you don;t understand the law? Or maybe it's just you? Pacifica was completely fooled by Mabel's act. She couldn't even imagine, let alone believe that anyone would want to be spanked. She just wrote off any oddities as Mabel being Mabel, which was usually the right thing to do. Pacifica looked so shocked that her blonde hair actually fell a little out of place. Then she gave an evil smile. "Normally, Mabel, I can't. i have to follow the law just as much as anyone else. But since you asked for it, I am perfectly allowed to go for all three! When do you think you'll break down and cry? The belt, paddle or hand?" Pacifica then removed her belt and laid it against Mabel's behind. "We will now start with 30 spanks with the belt, then 50 with the paddle. We will end with my hand. Let's count it off!" "One!" WHACK! "Two!" WHACK! "Three!" WHACK!
