"I'm telling you..I didn't fucking steal shit! Why can't a woman to to the fucking store and get some food! I don't know why I'm getting blamed for something I didn't even fucking do!" Kimi Verestah was in the officer talking to one of the officers. She was taken to jail for stealing stuff for the past month.

Kimi was kicked out of her home at age 17 and for the past month, she was stealing from the stores. It was mostly food..but it was sometimes cigarettes. After that, one a cold day while she was smoking some stolen cigarettes, she was caught for stealing and was eventually taken to jail.

"I'm telling you I'm not a fucking criminal! It could've been anybody who could've been damn stealing around here! But I'm your first fucking suspect? Seriously?"

Kimi leaned back in her seat with crossed arms and huffed, putting her black hair in a ponytail after. "Whatever." She mumbled. "When am I leaving out of here?"

Alex Grayson gave a sigh as he heard Kimi complain about the unfairness of her situation. It was really nothing he hadn't heard before and he would hear it many more times. He was a small man. He was 21 years old and barely 5'2". He was very short, had pale skin and short red hair. He looked very effeminate and he had the cops called on him three times because everyone assumed that his ID was fake.

He looked at the pre-adult and sighed. "Ma'am, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against your in a court of law," he reminded her. He knew that she knew this, but he wanted to try to be nice to her. "And you're our suspect because we have two witnesses and video surveillance of you stealing. Several times in fact. I recommend that you work out a plea deal," he said. "The judge you got is known for some creative ones."

Kimi was pissed..honestly it was more than that..she felt like she wanted to explode all over this man. She got silenced?! She grumbled as she rolled her eyes, crossing her arms and not on the mood to listen to anything else this man had got to say. Honestly, this was a waste of time for her. And sitting here basically waiting for her to go to the slammer with the other dicks around here was absolutely terrifying. That was like signing your way to death. She looked up. Two witnesses? Oh..it could've been some of the shoppers..or the store manager..but she didn't care. She only cared about of she had to go to those cells and be locked up forever.

She looked up in intrigue and almost curiosity but instead she rolled her eyes again. She sighed very deeply. "Whatever..I'll take the got damn plea deal..or whatever the fuck it's called." She muttered as she leaned back on her seat, pretending to yawn.

Alex gave a sigh as he looked at her closely. "So you don't want this to go to trial, then?" he asked as he did his best to judge her, before shrugging his shoulders. "Ok, then. But before you accept, I suppose I should tell you what the deal entails," he said. "First, you are to be put under my custody until you turn 18," he began. "I will have all the rights of an actual parent," he groaned. He was going to be shorter than his kid! "If, when you turn 18, you are judged to have improved in your disposition and mannerisms, your record will be sealed," he explained. "Otherwise, it stays with you. And before you ask, it's this or jail."

He honestly didn't know what he wanted her to pick. On one hand, he loved to see redemption. But on the other hand, there was no doubt that having a kid who was taller than you would not be easy. Discipline would have to occur.

Kimi was shocked at the choices that she had..first of all she was already 17..that meant she only had one year with this officer before turning 18. She didn't wanna take it..what was the point of suffering for a year with this officer around her..she didn't even know what he was planning on doing with her..but maybe this is what she needed. She shrugged as she furrowed her brows at him. "Fine..fucking whatever..anything but fucking jail..I'm not going to fucking jail." She sure as hell wasn't gonna treat him as a parental figure..which defeats the purpose of her accepting if she wasn't gonna do it...but she thought it would be nice to stay in a warm home..and not outside...so she accepted it clearly..not really but clearly.

She honestly wasn't thinking this threw when he said he was gonna be her parental figure. That was easy..all she would do was obey any silly orders he gave to her..simple simple..but it wasn't really that simple cause she was always a rule breaker.

Alex raised an eyebrow and nodded. He supposed that this would be fine for now. "Alright then," he said as he straightened himself out. "Then welcome to the Grayson family," he said warmly as the short man looked at Kimi with an apologetic look. "However, first things first," he decided. "I think that the first thing that I should really do as your new father you is punish you for stealing," he explained. Before she could react he pulled her over his lap so that her rear end was in the air. He gave a sigh of relief. He might have been quick, but he was not that strong and he knew it. He had a feeling that Kimi knew that she was stronger than he was. Still, it was hard to leverage that strength when she was over his lap!

"I don't need a fucking stupid welcoming." Kimi muttered as she crossed her arms with her brows furrowed. This'll be easy..all she had to do was follow some easy peasy rules he had for her and it'll be done..she'll still get to do whatever she wanted..but then she noticed that look on his face and furrowed her brows even more..what was he planning on doing? Suddenly she looked shocked but was to late to respond before she was over the lap of this officer..or her parent now. She knew now that he had authority over her but this was ridiculous! She started quickly squirming around, kicking her legs and trying to push off of his lap. "What the fuck! What the hell do you think your doing!" She never been through this before so she was pretty pissed..she knew she couldn't have trustee this guy. "What are trying to fucking do to me! Tell me dammit!" She screamed out.

"No more swearing," Alex ordered. "You don't need to swear to make a point. You are not twelve. You don't sound mature. You sound like a little kid," he declared as he brought his hand across her rear end. "I am punishing you," he said simply. "I am your parent now, and you just committed a crime. I feel that some punishment is in order," he claimed as he brought his hand down onto her rear end. He was letting her keep her pants and underwear on for now. He figured that if she acted worse or rude, he could just remove them while she was over his lap. "Look," he said bluntly. "Despite what you think, I do not want to do this. But you need it," he decided as he spanked her. "And if you want to keep your pants on, you will accept this gracefully," he warned her.

Kimi growled as she twisted and turned, trying to escape her punishment..but it was futile and she eventually figured that out that she couldn't escape this childish punishment. "Whatev-AH!" She interrupted herself when she felt the first smack towards her bottom and her squirming came back all over again. "But this isn't fucking fa-AH!" She once again felt his hand come down on her bottom. She was started to get angry..which was the only way to hide her dying embarrassment..she didn't wanna be a wimp. She growled again and started kicking around and pushing off his lap. Maybe if she kept kicking around she could escape somehow. This guy was a complete pervert?! He just wanted to touch her body. "No! I'm not just gonna accept this! Fuck off!" She wasn't listening to anything he was saying, so of course she thought he was only doing this for his perverted enjoyment and there was no way she was gonna accept this?! This was so childish..and she wasn't a child...but she acted like one..but that didn't mean he had to do it?! Kimi wasn't gonna stop struggling or cussing any time soon..and she knew that she was gonna regret that sooner or later.

Alex really tried to be generous. He didn't pull down her pants when she started to kick, and even gave her a chance after she completely disregarded his warning. But several swear words and struggles later, he really supposed that he had no choice. If he wanted Kimi to know that his words carried weight, he had to make due with the warning he gave. "I am very sorry for this," he said, sounding very disappointed, as he pulled down Kim's pants, but leaving her underwear on. "As long as you behave, you can keep your panties," he promised as he spanked her rear end. He did his best to spank only on her pantied bottom so that she would feel the difference between that and her clothed bottom, and it would also be a warning that if the last layer was removed, it would be even more painful for her.
