Liv Hinson was a 23 year old party girl. She had been spoiled her whole life, since both of her parents were doctors and people liked her for her looks. The blonde haired, blue eyed beauty with an hourglass figure that would make Marilyn Monroe jealous. She was usually found wearing the latest clothes from the mall and with a new hairstyle and nail job every week. However, she wasn't perfect. She had no job, her apartment hadn't been cleaned since she moved in, and she couldn't even cook food for herself. She always ordered food or went out to eat. One day, it was getting too much for Liv. She wanted a roommate to do all those things for her. So she put up an advertisement.
"Roommate Wanted! I live in a penthouse apartment with plenty of space and views. Rent is free if you keep the house clean and cook food" it said. She posted them on every site, and then waited.

The one to answer this addd was a young lady who had been on Her own rather early a 18 year old girl named Abigail Harrison commonly called Abi for short by Her coworkers and classmates. Abi was rather surprised by this deal but it couldn't hurt and the lady couldn't be that bad so She was heading there to meet with Her Abigail has a nice sized chest She had a voluptuous bottom as She was a red head that left Her hair in a ponytail while Her eyes matched Her hair and She stood at the fair height of 5'5.

"Okay let's meet with this Liv lady hopefully She isn't some crazy person." She said to Herself.

Abi's friends had sent her articles about Liv and her party girl lifestyle. She was like a lesser known Paris Hilton. Her parents basically funded her lifestyle. She was known to being stubborn and always getting her way.
Liv's apartment complex was in the downtown area of their city. You could see the penthouse patio from the street. It had a hot tub and a firepit with a lounge area. The whole top floor was hers, and now any roommate she would gain. The lobby downstairs was very neat, with a fountain and tiled floors. The front desk manager smiled at Abigail.
"How can I help you?" She asked

The Front Desk Manager's eyes widened. Liv Hinson was a pain in the ass to service for here. A roommate that could potentially be just like Liv would be awful.
"Take the elevator and type in the code she has given you" she said. "Would you like a cart for your bags?" She added

The front desk manager smiled and showed her how to get to the elevator. The elevator was even fancy. There was a keypad for the penthouse on the panel.

The doors eventually opened up to reveal the penthouse. The penthouse used to be an impressive space. Very modern, sleek furniture and designs, windows that when gazed out showed the whole city, chandeliers in every room, a massive fireplace, and all the latest in home tech. However, it was now filthy. The couches had stains, trash was everywhere, the windows were covered in smudges, the fireplace now held dirty laundry, and the chandeliers covered in toilet paper and trash.
Liv was asleep in her bed still. She came home earlier that morning and passed out, still dressed in what she wore out to the club the night before. She forgot that she had someone coming over, not that it would have mattered.
