Many Officers Jenny,and even television talks about a misterious Phantom Thief,Pokemon 7.

He steals from many people high up on the Sinnoh Society....that happen to be untouchable by the law! Stealing from the corrupt,he often leaves proof of their crimes behind,and easly runs away from the police!

One particular Jenny was always persistent on catching Pokemon 7,but always fell short,though Pokemon 7 treated it more like a friendly rivalry!

"Sorry,Officer,kinda late for the party! Better luck next time!" he said,tossing a picture of the owner of the house doing deals with criminals before leaving with the loot,to give the stolen items back to their original owners,not the criminals who stole from the innocent!

Opinions were divided,many people hailed the Phantom Thief and his Lucario as heroes,others saw them as only criminals! Some reporters even wanted to know the truth about who is Pokemon 7!

As his fame grew,Pokemon 7 moved his base of operations to Johto,to lay low for a while,and help people where he isn't that well known. Leaving on his daily,average identity,no one knew he moved to Johto...

....As he went to Azalea Town,reaching it with a BANG as he stole an Everstone from an undercover Team Rocket agent,when they acted on Slowpoke Well!

Leaving the well,Pokemon 7 and his Lucario,a pokemon not know in Johto,smirked. "Oh? Did cavalry arrived?" he joked,as he saw an Officer Jenny glaring on him! "You remind me of an old friend I have..." he added!

Officer Jenny looked down at the thief from a higher ledge, her Growlithe by her side "What are you doing in here? We recived reports of a ruckus occuring in Slowpoke Well and I find you walking out of it.". She then noticed an Everstone in his hand "And we also recived reports of an Everstone being stolen.". Pulling her handcuffs from her belt, Jenny pointed at Pokemon 7 "Alright, kid, if you don't want to get in any more trouble then turn yourself and your weird Pokemon in!" she ordered.

Pokemon 7 smirked,"Sorry,officer,but Lucario and I have better things to do than being grounded on jail. We're outta here." he said,bravely!

But then pointed to the well,"Before I go,though,I'm gonna show I have some respect for your job and give you a hand. You might wanna go into the well to get the guy I tied up down there. From what I gathered,he's a pretty important guy here,but the big red capital "R" under his coat that hides his shirt means that he isn't just important around law abidding citzens,but also around less honest people,as well,if ya know what I mean." he surprisingly said!

"Calling someone a Team Rocket member while being a thief yourself? A touch hypocritical isn't it? And how can I be sure this isn't some trap?" Jenny asked. "Growlithe, use Fie Spin!" she commanded, the little dog Pokemon creating a ring of fire around Pokemon 7 and Lucario. "Alight, this should keep you two trapped while I check this out." the officer said, decending down to the well's entrance, on level with Pokemon 7.

Shockingly,once Jenny went down the well,there REALLY was someone tied up,and it was indeed a well known face in Azalea Town as a famous collector of rare Evolution Stones...and his coat was a bit open,such that Jenny would only have to lightly move it with her hand to check it out!

Jenny carefully walked over to him, lightly moving the coat away to see.....that he wore a Team Rocket uniform! Surprised at this Jenny turned around to where the fire spin was trapping Pokemon 7 "Alright, so you might have been right, but stealing and putting yourself above the law are still crimes." she scolded.

"Add running away to the list then. See ya next time!" Pokemon 7 said,as he grabbed Lucario's hand,and the Pokemon jumped HIGH due to Aura,so that they went over the open "ceiling" of the fire spin and escaped!

Pokemon 7 waved at her with a friendly smirk before they ran away!

"Hey come back here!" Jenny called out, but Pokemon 7 was too far away from her to catch up, what's worse Growlithe hadn't managed to pick up his scent either. "I swear, when I catch you you are SO getting spanked!" she calls out after the boy. Picking up the Team Rocket member, she thinks back on the thief, remembering her third cousin on her mother's side talked about someone like that.

And soon, Rodrigo, a young boy with a Lucario was looking for Azalea Gym.

The Everstone was given back to it's rightful owner!

The original owner was happy to get his Everstone back, even if he didn't know who gave it back to him.

Azalea Gym was located near the center of the town, it was a lage, dome-like structure with a glass ceiling and it functioned like a greenhouse, giving plants a place to grow and for bugs to thrive.

In one of the fields inside of this Gym was Bugsy, the youngest gym leader in Johto and perhaps the world. But despite his young age, the boy knew more about bug-type Pokemon than even the Pokemon Professors! Currently, the purple haired boy was feeding some Caterpie that had recently hatched.
