Ravnica

I've been thinking about ravnica and how it could be a great to setting for roleplaying ravnica is such a unique city and I've added my own flavor to it. Ravnica is a city ruled by gilds but there not the only ones there planes walkers that don't belong to any guild and just live in ravnica civilians don't know much if any magic but who own businesses or being affiliated with a guild as a low ranking member as a job to support there family like being a Azorius police officer or a Boros foot soldier or guardsman. Ravnica might be comparable to the modern world in some ways like free public education but be more midevil in some ways like what to do with orphans in my mind when orphaned kids might grow up on the street be coming street kids of ravnica surviving without parents to lookout for them.


Ravnica seems like it would be as dangerous city parints might say something like "be home before the the street lights come on or me and your father will both tann your hide". People often tell child story's about monster so that they won't go out at night because it's dangerous but in ravnica actually monsters come out at night so they might give kids sever punishments for being Even a minute late. Recently I've been thinking about an rp a foolhardy girl who isn't afraid of the actual gouls and goblin that come out at night so she stays out and just before she breathes her later she saved by a planes walkers who scolds her harshly and takes her back to his home and gives her the thrashing of her life.

There's more to ravnica then the cards say there are markets selling goods of all kinds food spices magic tools you name it arenas were mages Dule every day as the #1 forme of entertainment in ravnica. Magic doesn't have to work the exact same way as the game as long as you have the mana you can cast the spell or summon a creature the wiki said wizards form bonds with lands to use there power from anywhere they manifest this bond as baseball sized orbs floating around the caster ore they can use the lands around them as many times as they like Skye's the limit.
