Jasmine Was an artist She had a strong artistic instinct . She tried to.... give her art to the city even those who didnt want it on buildings they owned.

Her art was perhaps subpar and many found it disrespectful and stupid but a few found her intriguing... she was 19 hadnt been arrested... ayet but surely it was a matter of time.

Cecilia was watching her prey from afar, on top of one of they many vantage points around Santa Monica. She had already gotten permission to embrace the woman last night and was eager to let the girl know. This would be her first ghoul and the woman's heart was practically bursting out of her chest in excitement.

The vampire had been wanting to embrace some for a very long time but never found the right one, until three months ago when she saw this young lady, Jasmine, painting something awful on one of the walls. At first Cecilia was simply going to use her as a meal, but there was something special about this woman, the way she acted and the aura she gave off made the vampire want to embrace her and turn her into a proper lady. It had always been a fantasy of Cecilia's, even back when she was human, to take someone off the streets and make them into something different and Jasmine here seemed like the perfect candidate!

Once Jasmine went into an alleyway to paint another one of her awful painting, Cecilia would cross over several roofs and would drop down behind Jasmine not carrying if the woman heard her or not.

She was a little surprised by the fact Jasmine barely reacted to someone falling three stories and only having to brush some dust off her dress.

"Hello my dear, my name is Cecilia. May I see what you're doing?"

Cecilia was very attractive, in fact she was probably one of the most beautiful people Jasmine had ever laid eyes on! Being of the Toreador clan certainly had it's perks when interacting with humans, many of them couldn't stay away from her.

The vampire would smile and walk a little closer to the woman, pretending to look at the art she was spray painting onto the wall but was looking up and down her body.

"Well thank you sweetheart, I get the quite a lot. Oh so you're the one who's been leaving art like this around town."

smiles and boasts "Yes Ive got a real head for art you see" Has a genuine appreciation for art if little talent or perhaps little training.

Now Cecilia would get very close and wrap her arm around Jasmine, she had to not herself not to do the embrace here but that wouldn't be a good idea plus she wanted it to be a little special.

"After you finish this piece, why don't you come back home with me? It's rather dangerous out here at this time of night."

That part she wasn't lying about, more then once she had to convince several other vampires to leave Jasmine alone during the three months Cecilia was stalking her.

She would giggle to herself before gently grabbing Jasmine's face and turning her head so the two could stare into each other's eyes. Cecilia's eye's were a pale blue, they were so alluring and Jasmine could get lost in them for days, one thing Cecilia got good at was gently influencing someone's mind into doing what she wanted. Unlike the Tremere who completely dominate someone's mind, Toreador sway a person's into doing something very willingly. It was a very easy and good way to get people out of a crowd and somewhere more private to feed.

"Aw are you sure dear? I couldn't bear the thought of you getting hurt, my house is just around the corner. If you don't want to stay I won't make you stay."
