It was raining when Penny looked out the window during school. Had it always been raining or had she just managed to block it out along with whatever her teacher was going over. Honestly she couldn’t tell but it didn’t really matter, all that mattered now was that she found some way to get out of her current situation. Well it technically wasn’t current as it would be happening later that day, but it was still on her mind. She had managed to stop a robbery the other day, yay, unfortunately one of the guys had gotten away and when she tried to stop him she had ended up causing a fire due to hitting a gas pipe with an electrified web. That had not gone over well with Iron Ma-er Mr. Stark, but she figured as long as she explained what happened she wouldn’t get yelled at too much. Mr. Stark was a reasonable man, he’d understand the situation. Right?

Tony was currently chilling in his New York penthouse apartment, or rather thinking about what to do with his young pupil, Penelope Parker. He loved the young girl like a little sister, but she had a tendency to get into trouble that made his hair turn grey prematurely! They would later have a meeting in his office at Stark Industries where most of their talks during this "internship" took place and he thought in addition to a scolding for the gas pipe incident he would give her an old fashioned spanking. Sighting he put down his glass, yes he had had a drink at this hour, but it was only orange juice not mixed with Vodka, trying to relax somewhat and went downstairs to his car, a red bugatti veyron, in short order he was at his office and thought about how to punish Penny. School finally ended and it was still raining by the time it was over. Normally that wouldn’t bother Penny, it rained a lot in New York, but she had a bad feeling about it. After getting out of school she said goodbye to Ned, having already told him that she needed do some “intern” work, and headed to Stark Industries. It wasn’t uncommon for her to get a ride from Happy, but swinging around was a lot more fun, and sometimes it was faster too which was convenient. The spider girl eventually arrived there and took a deep breath as she entered the building.

“It’ll be fine Parker,” she told herself. “We’re just gonna have a normal conversation like people do. No need to freak out. He’ll be a little mad but everything will be alright.” She managed to convince herself everything would be fine and hurried to Stark’s office, checking the time to see if she was late.

"Your late...five whole minutes.", Tony said firmly, arms akimbo. Normally he wouldn´t make such a big deal out of being punctual, but he was tense and still not sure if he had made the right choice regarding the disciplin he wanted to inflict on his young pupil. "You know how bad you messed up right? We´ll I´ve been thinking and I came to the conclusion that a hard spanking is just what you need.", he declared strictly and sat down on his chair, patting his lap. "Since its your first serious offense in a while I will go easy on you. But if you dissapoint me in the future I have no problem taking down your jeans and panties, too!", he threatened, knowing that a bare bottom spanking would be terribly embarrasing for the teen who was still in puperty and would probably suffer a lot from such a hiding. He hated being strict with her, but it was probably just what she needed. Tony at least tried to get it over with quickly, since that was probably best for them both. Penny was about to make a joke about being late until she caught sight of Mr. Stark’s face. Instantly the super powered girl shut her mouth and wondered if maybe she should’ve come at a later time when he was too tired to care about correcting her. “Yeah I know,” she replied sheepishly. “Sorry ab-....huh?” The girl almost thought he was messing with her until he had continued on with his threat which immediately brought a blush to her face. Penny spent several seconds staring at Tony in disbelief before she finally found her words. “Y-You can’t be serious Mr. Stark. I-I’m too old for a spanking.” Well that wasn’t completely true as May had spanked her sometime during the beginning of the year. But that didn’t really count, it was only three swats to her bottom and it was more of a warning than anything.

Tony wasn´t surprised that Penny acted negatively to the threat of a spanking. She seemed to have been raised in a pretty relaxed enviroment and harsh disciplin was something she was unfamiliar with. "I am serious, Penelope Parker.", Tony said calmly, but used her full name to great effect hopefully. "When you turn eigtheen we´ll talk about whether you are too old. Probably only going to stop when you turn 21. Until then you aren´t really an adult, alltough the law may say different. Right now I am going to spank your ass if you mess up. Now come over my lap so we can finish this!", he declared firmly, providing her with the stern disciplin that she needed in her life.

Penny did flinch when she heard her full name was called and she ended her complaints immediately. When it became clear that there wasn’t any way she was getting out of this she tried begging, pleading, before ultimately giving up on that. With a sigh she placed herself across his lap, blushing brightly at the embarrassing position.

Tony was pleased when Penny realized that her spanking was inevitable, sure he still had to listen to her beg and plead for a while but the realization had already hit her hard. Soon she was over his lap. Tony took a deep breath since this was also unfamiliar for him but expertly made the girl raise her jeans clad butt a bit, so she was in an even better position for the hiding and the jeans were stretched tightly over her ass. He hadn´t spanked a kid, yet but he sure had talent, remembering how it was done from his own childhood. Without words he lifted his hand and brought it down hard on the centre of her seat. After that he gave her a couple more swats, switching between her left and right cheek before speaking. "Why are you being punished, Penelope?", he asked not unfriendly, while he kept trashing her bottom hard, alltough he called her "Penelope" again instead of the short version of her name she prefered. But it did fit better into the serious yet embarrasing situation they were in. Alltough Penny might feel the situation was so strange that it verged on the comical.

Penny wasn’t very still once she was over Mr. Stark’s lap. In fact she moved quite a bit, almost like she was a ball of energy. She wasn’t sure how she was going to explain this to May as she was almost positive her aunt would be informed of the event, but at the moment she couldn’t focus on that as a somewhat sharp pain struck her rear end. Thanks to the protection of her jeans as well as her naturally unnatural spider strength she had been able to take most of the blow, though the sting that came was still more than a little annoying and it only grew more annoying the more her bottom was smacked. “For messing up,” she answered, concentrating on not making a noise as she figured if she showed it didn’t hurt she wouldn’t have to take this sort of punishment again.

Tony had half a mind to restrain Pennys leg with one of his own the way she moved, but he decided against it in the last minute. He had no plans of phoning May, but maybe her aunt would learn that Penelope had a sore bottom after all...and then he might have to explain some stuff, considering he was not the legal guardian. Ironman was kinda dissapointed when his first smack didn´t have the effect on the girl he imagined. He hadn´t expected that the protection of the jeans and the spider sense would make the girl toughen the spanking out quite so well. He should have know, he chided himself. Maybe licking her butt with his belt would have been more effective after all, but later there would still be time for that if the hand spanking was entirely ineffective. "You didn´t just mess up a little, you caused a fire!", Tony corrected her harshly when she told him she was spanked for messing up and continued to swat her firm little behind. "Does this hurt, Penny? Did your aunt ever spank you?", he asked. It probably did hurt a little, but not enough.
