I'm back...but bad things have happened

So.

I've finished my finals (last Thursday), passed them all with flying colors, and Sky Daddy (or whoever the hell lives up there) decides I'm getting too 'uppity'...

My cousin Lacey (who has leukemia) and her parents were in a car crash yesterday--drunk driver hit them in his huge-ass SUV and almost killed them were it not for the airbags. We're not allowed to go see them yet, but I've found out this much (after rushing out to the site/calling the hospital):

a. The drunk driver has been in FOUR crashes before. And he swore to the officer he wasn't drunk, but his alcohol level was almost four times the limit...

b. Lacey is the worst--her back is hurt badly and so is her neck--haven't found out specifics.

and the icing on the cake

c. There was one of those damn traveling preachy idiots passing out Chick tracts at the scene! He even tried to hand over one to Lacey and I--I told him in no uncertain terms that he could shove them up his ass before I started bawling like a baby--he told me my 'pain' and 'depression' were due to Satan's hold on my life...

Sheer willpower kept me from slapping him.

So right now I feel like absolute crap, and the bastard that hit my relatives--let's just say he can go straight down to hell...

Please send good thoughts if you can...they'll be appreciated by all of us....

l dont know what to really say, not been in such an accident myself but the ppl who l call family once rolled this 4x4 down a very steep hill due to allot of mud and no traction, l wish these kinda things on no one, and hope they recover quickly.

still on other notes l can definitely relate to the whole bad things have happened altho not as much as you at the second but as l said l hope things are looking up, as long as everyone is ok and not in pain thats all one can wish it that they are safe now.

Aww, I'm sorry to hear about all of that. Your willpower is exceptional, well done for the restraint~ Even an anti-theist like me appreciates Karma and taking advantage of an accident or the vulnerable to push a message rather than aid will catch up with him quickly~

The only good thoughts that come to mind is should Lacey be returning to the hospital soon you can at once start experimenting on her again with your cooking - the seafood currys proved a treat last time so once again hit your captive audience up with more of your delicious food creations~

Drunk drivers are just... well, they're amongst the many things that render me speachless with their stupidity. There won't be any stopping him legally if he's that sort of a reoffender, might I recomend a lawyer? There's something about almost killing someone with luekemia that makes it every ambulance chasers wet-dream.
Make it snappy though, in your state the next time he does it he'll probably end up in the drink where something else will be snappiers~

That drunk driver and the preachy idiot both need to be buried deep under a very heavy boulder to keep them from hurting more innocent people. Jerks like that make me so pissed off.

I hope everything gets better soon. If Karma does indeed work, then it needs to start working overtime rilly soon. *weaver thinks good thoughts to all the victims*.

I'm terribly sorry my friend. My feelings are they same as everyone elses here. And as such I wish good will upon you, her parents and Lacey. Don't blame god, blame the driver alone. Assholes like that bring a tear to my eye. I truly hope everything is okay, and that Lacey recovers soon.
