He didn't think he had any lessons today so he was skipping. Letting a soft yawn, he rubbed his eyes getting up. "Hmm." He said as he heard the footsteps of his father. Thinking quick, he thought he'd leave him alone if he fake slept. So he went straight to pretedning to sleep.

Marcus knew his son was acting. so he just walked by "hurry up son. You have your lessons with Mastor Higbee in a bit." he said. he took a interest in his sons teachings, because he was firmly of the belief that you had to Earn your place. even if you were high born.

He grumbled as his plan was not successful. He gets up and decides his pajamas would be suitable to wear for the lessons. "Okay, I'm ready." The child said with a yawn. "Can we go now?" He glanced at him hoping he wouldn't make him get dressed. Sometimes it was easier to just let Sam go in the clothes he wears.

"I expect you to do your best." Marcus said. as he sat down. he was a simple man. he'd Earned his way by blood, sweat and Tears, and he'd done his best to install that same value in his son. though he didn't expect that seed to bloom too soon, most kids didn't understand it sometimes.

"yes. i'll see you in the yard afterwards for training." Marcus said. his keep didn't have a master at arms. so he trained the boys aspireing for knighthood himself. it gave him something to do with his day and allowed him to keep his skills sharp.

He nodded his head and he'd head to the boring classroom. He sat at the desk, it was rather boring to be the only student in the class along with having no fun lessons at times. Sighing he rubbed his nose. "ugh so unfair."

Marcus ate and then talked with his Captains to make sure everything was going well in his lands. A few choices were made, and news from the rest of the seven kingdoms were discussed. all well his son did his morning lessons.

Soon the morning lesson ended without incidents luckily and he headed to the field sighing. He glanced around waiting for his father. He wondered if he could sneak away but there was no chance with the watchful eyes of the guards.
