Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on AnimeOTK:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Sorry to be dumb, but are we supposed to extract everything, then run the index.html file? I tried that and got a bunch of database errors, but I couldn't see what else to do ...

what i did was made a new game with RPG maker and then copyed the files from the zip in to the new game folder and it work for me

Nobody without a working version of the RPG maker can in that state.
Edit: Ignore the above, it works in Firefox, but chrome crashes it

Very very buggy! Pathing is messed up badly in multiple locations. Otherwise interesting premise.

Fun premise that nicely fits with the theme, but like others have said, it's kind of buggy.
Bugs that I noticed included: in Lily and Marline's house, there appears to be an invisible wall on the second floor that stops me from interacting with the sparkly spanking event trigger. Spanking in Carla's house bugs out after the scene as the girl tries to go to the corner but never makes it there, and as a result, the player character can't move. Player character can't move after the 2nd spanking in the inn. Not sure if it's by design or not, but nothing seems to happen after you mess with the food in Percy and Victoria's house (leaving the house afterwards and coming back in leads to Percy standing by the door for some reason and Victoria just hums when you click on her). Finally, not sure what's going on with the event that happens when you leave from the bottom. Player character can't move after she finishes talking there.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed the scenarios that you did set up. There was a nice variety of spanking infractions, and you definitely feel like you're playing the villain terrorizing a little town! Hope you keep working on this project or a new one because you've got some great potential!

I like the idea, but there are indeed a lot of bugs in it. Since you uploaded the uncompiled project, I took a look at it and I'm pretty sure that everything you did using plugins you could have also done in the RPG Maker base engine. Less would have been actually more in this case.
