Joan was on the verge of loosing it. She was usually a reasonably patient young woman, but after leaving in that apprtment for more then a month she was exhausted and frustrated to no end.

It was not about the appartment itself: it had two separate bedrooms, a small living room, a functional kitchen and bathroom, nothing to brag about but very affordable for two young people. But the second one of these two people... Joan had never met him before tehy agreed to live together, and had beeen regretting it ever since.

At the day one they agreed to share the chores as they shared the fee. And he didn't do almost anything this whole month. No doing dishes, no cleaning, no laundry!.. She had reminded, then she had demanded, then argued, but nothing worked. In addition to that, the guy tended to parade around in a rather inapprpriate clothes (if not without it) and it felt like every time he had to reach something his ass stuck into Joan's face. And teh bastard was cute!

Considering, that Joan was a kind of unusual girl in a certain way and prefered not to attarct attention to it, he was making her life hard (in more then one way!).

That evening Joan was going to settle it, one way or another, permanently. She went to the living room.

The tall 20 years old woman with atheltic figure wore just her swatpants and baggy t-shirt at home. She had a wild mane of darkred hair, brown eyes, and a pretty, but serious face.

"We need to talk."

Will was a short 20 year old femboy, with red shoulder length
hair, who enjoyed dressing up in feminine clothes, and sometimes in very skimpy outfits. Doing his best to tease his athletic roomate, by flaunting his feminine and curvy body, whenever he had the chance.
Thinking that him flaunting his soft and curvy frame, made it okay for him to let his, much stronger and athletic roomate do the exhausting chores around the house.

The boy asked, standing infront of his roomate, clad in q cute pair of tight fitting black spandex shorts, a pair of white thigh highs, and a matching white hoodie

Joan took a deep breath. It might seem like she was holding back her anger, but really she hoped to ease the blood pressure underneath her sweat pants. That outfit complineted Will's sedductive figure nicely...

"We had and agreement. You know what. I've reminded you about it constantly. It is not fair that we both share that room, the litchen, the bathroom, but I'm the only one who cleans it, collects your undies from the floor..." she blushed more and hastily changed teh topic. "You know how many times you did the diushes in a month? Once. One freakin' time. I am not your mommy, Wiill, and I will not run around wiping your butt!"

Will replied brattily, clearly not planning on helping, now that he had gotten so used to just being able to relax at home, when he was not busy studying

"You don't need to be big to wash the dishes or vacuum the floor!" Joan snapped. "And you don't see my underwear lying around. " The woman groaned and rolled up her eyes. "You know what? I think I was right. No one demanded you to do chores in your family, did they? Your mom slaved herself for your comfort, uh? And now you're just a spoiled brat who acts like he's damn five!"

"I-i did chores at home! Washing dishes is tough! The cupboards are so tall! I can never reach them! And you have no problem reaching them! Also! I'm not a brat that acts like he's five!!"

Will stood his ground, crossing his arms as they argued, still refusing to so his half of the chores. Not faced by the taller and a lot stronger girl infront of him. It was clear that arguing would never work on his laziness.

"You literally act like one right now" Joan sighed looking down at the twink. And finally she felt like she had enough. "You know what? Why don't I treat you like one?" And with that the young woman just picked Will up and held him under her arm across his thin waist.

Will let out a cute squeak as his small frame was lifted off thr ground, the femboy doing his best to struggle free from Joan's tight hold, but his strength was no match against hers.

Will let out a cute girlish shriek as he was lifted off the floor, the small boy doing his best to struggle against the much stronger girl, but his strength was no match for her, and he quickly realised how impossible it was for him to break free.

"What someone should have done a long time ago!" Joan responded firmly. She saw that the guy's butt looked eve cuter in that pose, tightly clad with his short shorts. Her own sweat pants suddenly became a bit tight in a certain area... Joan decided not to hold back anymore - raised her arm and delivered a loud smack!
