Four Nations Academy (private with Bare Harold)

Settled and constructed on a neutral plot of land that gave no kingdom in particular any full authority, the Four Nations Academy for Girls was a pillar of education and discipline for the many that walked its ivory halls. A boarding school of such a caliber was a bit of culture shock to many students, especially taking into account that many of them came from different backgrounds. On occasion this would create a clash between two students, but staff assured them all that every student on campus was equal; as evidence to their preferred manner of punishment. Yes, the Four Nations Academy for Girls was an avid in its use of corporal punishments. Canings and paddlings were common place either after class or during it, a young woman's bottom on full display to her peers for her misdeeds. But it wasn't just staff with disciplinary rights. In line with the extra duties of Hall Monitor and Teacher's Aid, there was a role specifically designed for students to take each other to task: Peer Remediator.

The individual stuck with this task for now was one Toph Beifong, a blind young woman who believed firmly that the Academy was a total and utter waste of time, and she would rather be practicing her bending than studying history or mathematics. This attitude had landed her across the knee of several instructors, though she has luckily been spared the humiliation of a Peer Remediation spanking. She couldn't imagine being forced over the knee of a classmate; it would totally ruin her reputation as one of the toughest girls in school! While she hated the thought of being on that end of peer remediation, Toph always loved doing the spanking herself. As a powerful earth bender, her palms were practically made of iron, and many a student would shed a tear the moment they even saw who it was that would carry out their discipline.

With an excited smirk, Toph leaned back in the chair she was provided along with the modest spare office, and waited impatiently for her next unfortunate peer to enter.

Said unfortunate student was standing on the outside of said office. Katara Clearwater was late to class again and since today was testing day, a paddling in the middle of class would've disrupted the class so rather than that, the teacher sentenced Katara to suffer the horror and embarrassment of a Peer Remediation spanking. Katara fully knew the role of it, heck she has given a few spankings in her time here in FNA. However, her own butt getting spanked was very rare thing that Katara would go through.

Due to her genetics, she was "gifted" with a rather bubbly bottom, but in a school like this, sometimes it tends to be more of a curse. Before someone else could see the water tribe member froze like this in the middle of the hallway, Katara knocks a few times on the door belonging to the office that Toph was in waiting for a response.

Toph perked up at the sudden knock, her smile widening in an almost unsettling nature. She recognized those annoyingly-haughty footsteps before Katara was even close to the door, and sat patiently while she waited for her classmate to announce herself.

"Come in!" Toph practically sang, leering towards the door despite her lack of sight. While the two had worked together on group projects in the past, Toph and Katara butt heads more often than not; Toph believing Katara was entirely too overbearing for a classmate and Katara thinking Toph was as rude as they came. Katara had seen the young earthbender recieve plenty of spankings in the past, and it seems now the favor was to be returned in the worst way.

Hearing the voice on the other side of the door and she was hoping her ears were tricking her as she then opens the door and walks in and to her embarrassment and horror the voice indeed belonged to Toph. "What? Toph?! What are you doing here?" Katara asked. It was already bad enough that Katara was here in the order to have her butt spanked by another student, but it was even worse as that student apparently is Toph and given the history the two have between one another, Katara doubted that the Earthbender would hold back on the punishment.

"Oh, little old me?" Toph mocked, the grin on her face practically dripping with sarcasm and delight. "Oh, nothing much. Just waiting on the next naughtly little girl to come in for their spanking!"

Toph found herself unable to hold back the laughter, blinking away tears of joy as she mocked the waterbender. "Don't get me wrong, Sugar Queen, I'm as happy as can be that YOU'RE the first one I get to spank today, but what are you doing here? What, the stick up your ass made it hard to walk and you were late to class?"

Katara's face turned red while listening to Toph laughing at her. It was even worse when Toph made the stick comment since she somewhat hit the nail on the head. "Oh shut up. If you must know, I was a few minutes late to class on testing day." Katara answered however it still didn't ease the knot that was tightening in her stomach that Toph, the one that she had been spanking on a near-regular basis was now going to give her one as well. "C-c-can we just get this over with?" She asked trying to get out of Toph's company as quickly as possible.
