Sojiro happily welcomed her back, even offering a room in his house this time but it seemed she preferred the attic above LeBlanc. Ryuji, Ann, ‘Kasumi’ and now even Futaba are at Shujin for their studies. Meanwhile Makoto and Haru graduated from there and are beginning their careers while Yusuke graduated and is working full time as a painter. Makoto is training for the police academy while Haru is managing Big Bang Burger full time while taking business classes on the side

But now it was a busy weekend at LeBlanc and there wasn’t even a place to sit down if anyone else were to come in right now. Sojiro was a bit overwhelmed before calling up to the only person that can help him. It’s tough but surely it’s like riding a bike, right? “Hey kid! I could use your help!” He called up to her

Rin came down after a few minutes, having called down to say she was coming. She had woken herself up and gotten straightened up, but still had a faint look of fatigue to her. She was able to get orders to their tables and mix coffee correctly, but she was getting shaky as time went on. It came to a head when she lost her footing and fell, splashing coffee on a customer. Thankfully, the customer had noticed she was feeling off, so they didn’t get burned. Despite Rin constantly apologizing and offering a new cup, the customer shook their head and forgave her, saying they understood and that accidents happen. They paid their tab and headed out as Rin hastily cleaned up the mess.

Sojiro didn’t admit this, but he was grateful to have Rin back. While he was used to working alone, she always was a good hand to have around the shop. But he knew today was going to be off. Unfortunately for him, his fears were confirmed once the coffee was spilled and the customer let out a shriek. He shook his head and held his tongue as he helped the customer get cleaned up and offered the meal to be free with a fresh cup of coffee coming. He knew he should say something but in public wasn’t the place for it.

Once the final customer paid, the stoves were turned off and a few stranglers remained in the store to finish up their dinner. As Rin went to wash the dishes, he stopped her. “Why don’t you wait for me upstairs, we need to have a talk.” He told her as he went to count the profits from today

Rin flinched, but nodded. She apologized quietly before heading up, rubbing the side of her head as she sat on her bed/couch thing, slinking back and staring at the ceiling.

As the rest of the customers finished up their dinner, Sojiro completed his nightly task of counting the profits from today and placed the money in the safe. With all the stoves and coffee off, he let the final customers leave before locking the door and flipping the closed sign. With a sigh, he grabbed a clean wooden spoon from the kitchen and made his way upstairs. Knocking before letting himself in, he had a look of disappointment on his face, it was clear he didn’t want to do this. “I’m sorry it has to come to this, kid. You may not think it’s fair and I know accidents happen but I need to help you make sure this lesson sticks. One way or another.”

Rin flinched lightly as she heard the knock and even more so when she saw the wooden spoon in Sojiro’s hand. Already feeling apprehension, specifically in her bottom area, she watched as Sojiro approached. She simply nodded when he spoke, knowing debating was pointless. She was kicking herself mentally for not mentioning she had been feeling sluggish, but the fact that she wanted to help Sojiro like he’d helped her superseded that and she tried, and failed, to power through.

Deciding the time for scolding was over, Sojiro wanted to get this over with as fast as possible. “I want you to bend over the bed, that will make it easier when I want you to take your pants off. No warm ups either, we’re getting straight to the point.” He said as he showed off the wooden spoon as proof that he is about to use it

Rin gulped and gripped the leg of her pants, giving a light nod. She stood up and bent over the bed with a soft whimper. Staring at the wall, she said nothing and just waited.

With Rin pointing her rear at him, Sojiro knew it was time to begin. Raising the wooden spoon, he smacked her once on the middle of the rear. He paused briefly before laying it in on her right cheek and then her left

Rin yelped as the spoon connected with her clothed bottom. Each smack elicited a similar reaction, with her hands lightly grasping the sheets as the sting began to build.
