Celandine “Cela” Parker is a 16-year old girl who despite her chipper and outgoing personality, is a very smart teen. However, when she tried to enroll at the prestigious High School near her town, she was initially denied because she couldn’t afford dormitory costs. Reaching out to her aunt (or uncle), who works as a facility member at the School, she was told that they could get her in, but the caveat was Cela would have to live with her relative. The teen readily accepts, but is unaware that not only does her aunt (or uncle) believe in and will readily deliver a sound spanking, the school is also fully permitted to punish its students.
