Thus BRC had been built, it was built on a chain of Islands on the west coast, it linked to the mainland by an underwater train system.

Once at the island children were assigned a mentor, this mentor acted like a parent for the child, both in loving care and firm discipline, which was given to there bare bottoms.

The program spoke for itself, no one wore prison numbers or jump suits, the school built each child's curriculum for them, and most children sent to this island ended up in a university after graduating.

So Ashley Parker was sitting in the station, a breeze of air told her the train was coming.

One of those juveniles on the incoming train was newcomer Iveanna Johnson, arrested for Grand Theft Auto. She was a part of a carjacking ring but their last job went awry. She was 12 years old so most people didn't think that she was capable of hotwiring and picking the lock of a car which she was and does effortlessly. It was going well until a sloppy member of the crew lead the police to them and unfortunately, Iveanna wasn't fast enough in getting away. She wasn't sure exactly how many of them got picked up and booked but right now on this train, there wasn't anyone she recognize. However, the train they were on slowed down as it reaches its stop. The juveniles all then exited and looked around for whose mentor would be watching over them for the foreseeable future.

As the train pulled up, Ashley stood up and spotted her ward, Iveanna, and went to her, "hey there. Iveanna right?" she asked.

Iveanna was looking around trying to learn the ins and outs of this place, however, she was quickly interrupted seeing a grown woman approaching her. "Yeah, and who are you?" She questioned doing her best being cautious with this woman who just approached her.

"I'm Ashley. I'm you're mentor." Ashley said, offering her hand to shake. "want to get something to eat? or would you want to just go home?" she asked.

Seeing the hand that was out, Iveanna was hesitant but accepted the handshake and then answers her question. "Just take me to home." She said not really in the mood to eat at the moment.

Iveanna followed Ashely into the elevator and then held onto the railing as the elevator goes upwards and eventually after being underground for quite a while, the bright light of the sun nearly blinded her to the point she had to use her hand to block some of it.

Looking over to where the mentor was pointing, Iveanna walked alongside Ashley and during the walk she looks around seeing several other around her age, younger, or older all accompanied by a mentor of their own around the island.
